I tried a bit of everyone's coffee and I can say theirs was much better than my plain old Americano. The neighborhood is pretty nice with lots of simple goodness. Be ready to wait and scramble for parking on the weekends.

Hints of bite in there differentiated it from others in a surprising lovely way. You do have to eat sando soon after serving as it could start sogging. This made me want a deconstructed version of this in lunch plate form. Possibly in the future? Maybe call earlier to see if they have all sides stocked?

The service was warm and friendly; the space was cozy and inviting. We happened to come by later in the afternoon and which favored our luck in getting a seat. I can imagine this place is standing room only at busier times. I had the special of the day (burrata with heirloom tomatoes and basil), and my daughter got the Finocchiona. Both slices were full of flavor and just the right amount of food. We look forward to returning as well as trying their sister businesses because HELLO!? pasta!
