However, the manager later claimed they do not collect such information, which contradicts the documentation. Please note paint suplys was billed and charged but no painting was completed, see photos.. Please note the company unethical practice of giving our personal information, name, city and zip. Additionally, the invoices lack transparency. There is no itemized list of material costs--only a total is provided. The company refuses to produce receipts for confirmed trips to Home Depot and Handyman Hardware, despite multiple mentions by both the manager and handyman of purchasing materials from these stores. Their response has been, "Trust us, we buy in bulk," which is not acceptable without documentation. Workmanship was subpar, with several jobs left incomplete. Prices were extremely high, and the business practices appear questionable. I was never hostile, but when a company threatens collections, I have every right to seek legal counsel. They took photos and agreed that things needed to be addressed. Then, they sent an email stating that they would NOT fix the issues, but would finally take the huge pallets of supplies away that they left on my driveway (4/16/2026- 6/10/2026) when they promised to fix my defective roofing and siding. Now, they want the remainder of their money for a job not done correctly. I hired a Certified Independent Inspector to do an Inspection after the project was finished. The report shows 23 Marginal Defects and a Major Defect. I have had to have my Insurance Company reopen the claim. Please check them out on casenet.com before you even consider using this company. They have EXCELLENT salesmen who will promise you that their crews have been with them for years. They promise that you will get what you pay for, and the company will stand behind its work. Their word isn't worth anything.

Some issues management fought us to fix, let's not argue with the customer when it should have been done right the first time. Quality of work around some tough corners not good and had to redo it. Installers need to slow down in those difficult areas, you can do it quick but let's do it right. Management needs to do the right thing to fix issues and not argue if clearly poor workmanship. Train installers on a regular basis. We did have a good leader to assist us getting issues completed

Again the crews were on time, clean, polite and professional! Clean up was done afterwards and the work was quality checked. We found a small error which the management fixed themselves the same day they were notified! The cost was in line with insurance estimates and we could not be more pleased with the job! Our neighbors used a different company and hopefully theirs will be installed soon, but will likely happen 4-6 weeks after our job was done ! Two thumbs up for Lagunas Roofing! They came yesterday and again this morning and replaced the gutter downspouts and the aluminum garage door trim. Again, fast, clean and courteous workers. We even had an extended rain shower and that only slowed them a little bit during the heaviest rain. Great work and well ahead of my neighbors who have materials piled in their driveway and have weeks to wait for a crew.
