We've been through multiple ABA programs over many years, and BTS ABA Therapy is by far the best…read moreexperience we've had. They truly stand out, especially for older kids, something many places struggle with or say children have "aged out" of. BTS not only welcomes them but provides thoughtful, effective support tailored to their needs. Communication is excellent, consistent, clear, and responsive, which has made a huge difference for our family. My girls genuinely love going, which says everything. The RBTs are incredible, compassionate, attentive, and truly care about each child. I feel confident they are always in the best hands. The owner is very involved and holds very high standards, and it shows in every aspect of the program. The facility itself is state of the art and unlike any other center we've experienced. We are so grateful we found BTS and highly recommend them.

Anesha Fraser of Atlanta Speech Therapy is the best speech therapist we've had and our son has been…read morein speech therapy since he was two and a half. Anesha has been instrumental in helping us figure our little guy out--she sends pertinent articles, takes proactive steps with insurance, and gives us honest feedback about his progress. I'm always happy to see a "gold star" day, but honestly those days when he struggles are just as important in determining what helps him the most. Our son isn't the easiest to work with, especially after a long day at school, and she has done a great job in not only winning him over, but in making him excited about what he will learn is speech therapy today. He looks forward to speech days and that's all thanks to Anesha's support. He's doing great, and we are seeing results in other areas of his life--at school, at home, and in sports--all because he is getting the best speech and language service possible. Thank you Atlanta Speech Therapy!

The owner is a RN and is not only qualified but is a caring person and a good business woman. She has had the same Schedulers and Bookkeeper for years and is well established. Complete Care chose a mature, experienced caregiver for me who I am happy with. In my case a caregiver is needed to help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, cooking and laundry. It is a relief to have competent, trustworthy help during recovery. And she is easy to get along with and punctual. My family has been pleased with every aspect of Complete Care's service. I contacted a couple of other homecare agencies when planning my surgery and found that they are competitively priced. I highly recommend Complete Care at Home. Andrea

Unfortunately, my review is not good... My husband who was…read morediagnosed with dementia was moved from Emory University Hospital to the Madeline. When he arrived, he was heavily sedated. Was not awake. At the beginning of his stay at the Madeline, I was confronted by one of the Resident Care (RC) ladies that he was not able to walk or feed himself. I told her that I knew that since he was bedridden in the hospital for a month and on drugs for his agitation because of dementia. He was sleeping most of the time when we visited him. LaShira Israel, Resident Service Director of the Madeline, who came to the hospital to assess his case and determine if he would be a candidate for their facility, knew about his condition, and after review, accepted him into the Madeline. One of Madeline's resources and conditions we were happy about was physical therapy. Hoping he would be able to walk. He never got any. I had to order him a walker and wheelchair, which he never used. He slept a lot because of his aggressive behavior, so they medicated him. A psychological nurse said that she would prescribe a lessor dosage. During his stay, he had fallen and incurred a lesion on his elbow. The staff at the Madeline proceeded to put his mattress on the floor and taped up his elbow wound. Shortly after this, he was complaining of abdominal pain. On the evening of 7/19/2022, I approved him being transferred to the hospital for x-rays. I never got a call from the Madeline after that. It turned out that he was admitted into Emory Decatur Hospital (EDH) for treatment. Diagnosis, among other things, was sepsis. Not only sepsis, but ... Wound type MASD/YEAST on the left, right buttocks, gluteal cleft and scrotal area Surrounding skin denuded open area, redness/drainage, odor serosanguineous Wound type right, left heel Active dry yeast rash, sites: adipose tissue folds; groin Diagnosis besides sepsis, MRSA My husband was at the Madeline for 9 days. When doctors suggested Hospice, I notified the Madeline that he would not be back. He passed away on 8/4/2022. Since then, I've been trying to get a refund of the money I paid for the month of July. Actually the only month. He was only there for 9 days. They've not been very cooperative or compassionate and even charged me more because he did not die until 8/4...they claim they never received a written 30 day notice that he was leaving. I don't feel that I should be charged for the whole month, especially Level 3 care, when he never received it. Beware. UPDATE: 7/10/2023 I received a phone call from Aventine. She told me I received the $6k bill in error. Really??? So that was removed. They also removed the $380+ bill for the 4 days he was in hospice at another facility. She said that charge would be subtracted from the days he was not at Madeline. She kept saying it's in the contract, over and over. I told her he should never have been there in the 1st place. They promised he'd get the care he needed. There was nothing she could do about that. I'm sick and tired of dealing with this place.

If you have rough night with the baby and need to be seen quickly they had early morning hours you could go without an appointment to get them checked out. This always gave me peace of mind with little ones. At one of the twins check ups I talked about the babies not sleeping very well and they asked how I was coping with that! I felt like they cared about me more than my own doctor during my recovery and I wasn't even their patients! They always took my worries seriously and listened to me. Sadly I had to move across the country and miss Sage Hill very much. Thank you guys!

Parking is free and right there outside the clinic. Dr. Rodbell is thoughtful and very up-to-date on all his data, and Alma (the NP) is very efficient and really good about coming up with customized plans for our child. They always respond quickly on the portal, and we have multiple times been able to reach one of the two providers by phone on the weekend with questions ranging from true urgency to just general reassurance for first-time parents. They have done quickly scheduled sick visits both in person as well as on telehealth depending on convenience. They have easily connected us with outpatient lactation specialists, imaging studies at CHOA, and other ancillary services. On a less objective note, you can tell they really care deeply about the kids they take care of and enjoy watching them grow. Sometimes the appointments start up to half an hour late, but that's because they always take the time to really hear you out and address everything. And we haven't had that kind of delay the last few times. Anyway- as a first time parent, I would strongly recommend this office.
