Unfortunately she is out of network with our insurance so we were having to use our out of network benefit. Beginning of this year, we lost our out of network benefit so we looked for an in network provider and had 2 sessions with the new provider. We knew after 2 sessions that we would not get the same quality of therapy that we were getting with Amy. My daughter also said she liked Amy better so we contacted Amy and resumed therapy with her.

Our daughter has been in speech therapy for 6 years through her elementary school. She has…read moreprogressed, but the pandemic forced us to realize she needed more focused help, In a little more than a year, with Amy's guidance, our daughter's speech has improved magnificently. Her speech is clearer and she self-corrects--huge progress. Amy also provides family support. She often texts homework ideas and progression videos of our daughter to help us. We couldn't be more pleased with the assistance that Amy provides.

We were referred here by our pediatrician. My 1st impression was not great. And when my daughter said "Hi" to one of the staff as they walked by they didn't say a word just kept going and ignored her. My husband wanted to leave and said we should find somewhere else to treat our daughter bc the staff was so rude. I decided to stay and let my daughter have her eval done. Her therapist McKenzie was very sweet and my daughter just loved her, ( 2 Thumbs up for McKenzie) but I really think the rest of staff could use some EXTRA training in customer/client service. A "hi" or "Good morning" goes a long way. 1st impression is a lasting impression. Not sure if we'll choose to have our daughter treated here but we'll have to see.

They seek to treat each child as an individual with the highest expectations of successful treatment. The therapists offer insight to each other to provide the highest quality service to each child. Dr. Margow and the therapists are open and honest with clients explaining the reasons for the therapy plans suggested and outcomes expected. They offer parents/guardians a wealth of information, if the they want it. Their business practices are top-shelf regarding the integrity of the clinic. A year or so later, without any notice they started charging a 5% "convenience fee" for using a credit card. There was zero communication about this. This is a medical practice with terrible communication and terrible business practices. When asked about the fee, I was told that credit card fees had gone up because of inflation - guess what, that is not my problem.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but Julie Apel exceeded all of my expectations by a mile. Beyond the convenience of not having to drive anywhere, our therapist (who has an amazing contact with our 3-year old) brings educational materials and toys with her and varies them in a progressive fashion so that my daughter is always excited in advance to see her and work/play together. She also created a personal binder for our girl with materials we can work on together in between sessions to practice what she learned. We have seen real progress in our daughter's speech within the first 2 weeks, which is hugely reassuring, motivating and exciting. They are on the higher price end but for me it was absolutely worth it for the quality of work and not having to deal with traffic myself. Really very happy to have switched and given Sage a try and can only highly recommend our therapist.
