I brought my car in to Pro Tech after I smacked up the fender on a light pole. I was really worried…read moreabout the whole process, between scheduling the repairs, payment plans, overall cost, and what the damage would mean for my insurance. These guys were awesome, to put it lightly. Troy explained the whole process to me from beginning to end, and answered all my questions. I left after the initial consultation feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The cost was extremely reasonable, and they were able to schedule me in last minute when I needed the repairs done to do some travelling. I dropped my car off (which hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of months and was full of dog hair...embarrassing!) and picked it up looking brand new, and detailed immaculately inside. I never thought I'd see my SUV looking that shiny and clean - inside and out, ever again. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing collision repair. I would definitely return myself, but hopefully I don't have to!

Worst service experience ever…read more I requested 5-6 screens to be made and installed at my home, and what should have been a straightforward project turned into a frustrating process that took at least three months of constant back-and-forth. The company is extremely disorganized and does not seem to communicate effectively among its own team members. Every time they came for an installation, they would install one or two screens and then leave, saying they were not aware of the remaining work, didn't have the necessary information or equipment, or that another team member was responsible. There always seemed to be another excuse. I paid the requested amounts, including the installation fees, yet they still arrived without the proper equipment and were unable to complete the job as expected. I have had to repeatedly call them myself just to get updates or find out what was happening. There was very little proactive communication from their side. They frequently blamed being short-staffed, but that should not be an excuse for poor communication, lack of organization, and wasting a customer's time. This experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you value your time, clear communication, and professional service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
