These guys were awesome, to put it lightly. Troy explained the whole process to me from beginning to end, and answered all my questions. I left after the initial consultation feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The cost was extremely reasonable, and they were able to schedule me in last minute when I needed the repairs done to do some travelling. I dropped my car off (which hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of months and was full of dog hair...embarrassing!) and picked it up looking brand new, and detailed immaculately inside. I never thought I'd see my SUV looking that shiny and clean - inside and out, ever again. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing collision repair. I would definitely return myself, but hopefully I don't have to!

Had Riverside Auto body remove a small amount of rust add rock guard and some fender flares on a…read more2002 low miles dodge diesel truck. $3200 Bill. I specifically asked them to remove all rust. 2 years later and I have more rust than I ever had on doors. The rock guard is chipping away. I went back to get the poor quality work fixed. I was treated very poorly was told my truck was old many times over and that they could not fix the rust problem. They could surface fix for another $400. So this autobody shop clearly cannot deal with anything that has rust. And if you are not satisfied with the quality of their work they will not fix their mistakes. Very bad customer service. Think twice before waisting your money and time on this company.
