These guys were awesome, to put it lightly. Troy explained the whole process to me from beginning to end, and answered all my questions. I left after the initial consultation feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The cost was extremely reasonable, and they were able to schedule me in last minute when I needed the repairs done to do some travelling. I dropped my car off (which hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of months and was full of dog hair...embarrassing!) and picked it up looking brand new, and detailed immaculately inside. I specifically asked them to remove all rust. 2 years later and I have more rust than I ever had on doors. The rock guard is chipping away. I went back to get the poor quality work fixed. I was treated very poorly was told my truck was old many times over and that they could not fix the rust problem. They could surface fix for another $400. So this autobody shop clearly cannot deal with anything that has rust. And if you are not satisfied with the quality of their work they will not fix their mistakes. Very bad customer service. Think twice before waisting your money and time on this company.
