These guys were awesome, to put it lightly. Troy explained the whole process to me from beginning to end, and answered all my questions. I left after the initial consultation feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The cost was extremely reasonable, and they were able to schedule me in last minute when I needed the repairs done to do some travelling. I dropped my car off (which hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of months and was full of dog hair...embarrassing!) and picked it up looking brand new, and detailed immaculately inside. A new worker came back to fix draft, he treated me like a liar and said they didn't do the doors. Incredibly rude. He questioned me until I finally showed him the paperwork (which included my paid in full receipt) that proved that they did the doors, he said he 'would never have believed it' otherwise, but did fix the drafts. I called the manager and he brushed it off, didn't listen to my concerns, and told me he would "talk to the worker".
