I had 2 outside doors and 1 window replaced. There were minor problems with the new doors (drafty, were supposed to be airtight). A new worker came back to fix draft, he treated me like a liar and said they didn't do the doors. Incredibly rude. He questioned me until I finally showed him the paperwork (which included my paid in full receipt) that proved that they did the doors, he said he 'would never have believed it' otherwise, but did fix the drafts. I called the manager and he brushed it off, didn't listen to my concerns, and told me he would "talk to the worker". read more
