I have rental properties and I have used this company for years both with the original owner and the new owner. They are prompt to arrive to stabilize a situation. They do a very good job of repairing and restoring damaged areas. They will work with you on how much needs to be done and are understanding if financial restrictions determine how much you can do yourself whilst picking up the rest. Definitely not an all or nothing, their way or the highway company. They are quick to answer the phone and, both in the office and on the work-site, very friendly. I highly recommend them. read more

They were horrible! it took them 3 MONTHS to do anything. and due to being through insurance we couldn't change companies. they gutted the room after telling me that me and my animals must move out for maybe a week and that by then everything would be done. after they gutted the room they did not return for a week. when things were FINALLY all said and done and we got the bill all they did was copy the quote. charged us for things they didn't do, and refused to say more. still haven't gotten the final bill 6 months later. not to mention the absolute mess they left under the belly of the trailer.. would give 0 stars if i could.. read more

What a life savers these guys are! We had a very small flood and they came in with moisture readers to see where all the water had gone, left some big fans to help dry things out and came back with the moisture reader to be sure everything was super dry and ready to be closed up! This company is extremely unprofessional..they were called in because we found mold in my daughters room. She has been sleeping on an inflatable bed for the last 3 weeks.. They called on a Friday (3 weeks ago) was told they would call back no one called all weekend then a guy just shows up at 9 in the morning on a Monday and states he's here to put in the vacuum in the room. I stated that I worked a night shift and would of appreciated the phone call that he had said he was going to give me then I called his boss who was a biligerant (you know what) then they came back on the Tuesday which was actually planned, they tore all the drywall, insulation out and left stating they would be back i stated they would need to come on Monday ( today) because I was again working night shifts. Soo today I am waiting for them they don't show so again I call 'the boss' he states he just called and spoke with my landlord I asked when he stated right now.. I then told him that he had 5 days to call them and waited for my 1 day off to make the call when they could be here actually cleaning up the mess. I stated how unprofessional they were and again 'the boss' stated he would be here to pick up his things and hung up on me.... I have a right to be angry my daughter can't even sleep in her room and they keep wasting my time. Please if you need restoration do not go with this company!
