They already put out their Halloween decor and the quality was amazing. She left with more than she went in for lol. The one thing it didn't have was kids toys. Lots and lots of dog toys but nothing n for kids. Our toddler wanted a toy or stuffed animal and they didn't have a kids section. They could condense the numerous large picture aisles to maybe 3 aisles and use one for kids stuff. Just a suggestion. So much wasted space in the picture aisle. It also filled the back wall. We have been looking for a large picture for above our bed. The store seemed really clean and organized. The staff were also really friendly at check out. We love coming to this location especially since the Chick-fil-A opened in the parking lot. And the prices are good.

Ok 2 stars because this store was a mess the day I shopped there. I was so overwhelmed that I…read moredecided to just get one thing and then leave. I love HomeGoods and shop at many of their locations often. I was at H-mart across the street and was delighted to see a HomeGoods across the street. I decided to go in but quickly regretted it. One of the first problems with this location is that they are overrun with inventory. This isn't a large store, so I don't know why they have so much stuff. There isn't enough space in the store to display it all in a safe and neat manner. I used to work retail many moons ago, so seeing unpacked boxes hanging out on the floor, as well as a wall of unpacked cardboard boxes in the lighting section, tells me that their back storage area must also be full. There were also about 5-6 tables outside of the store with tons of stuff on them, all clearance that they were trying to get rid of. The store looks sloppy and unprofessional. It's like the manager and the staff just to give a damn. The shelves are also a mess and the merchandise was sloppily hanging on the shelves. There was one aisle that had pillows on the floor. There were so many that they were blocking the way. You couldn't get through without stepping on them or tripping. Are they trying to get sued??? Honestly, there was just shit everywhere in and out of boxes. Even if this was just a bad and busy day, I will never come back. The location in Queen Anne on Armory is much nicer and better run. If you want a nice shopping experience where you aren't at risk of injury due to store items on the floor, don't shop here.

It was a little further from the house, so our visits tended to be on days we needed to make more than one stop. However, depending on what we were looking for/through, our visits could be on the longer side. Inventory could cycle relatively quickly compared to some stores with a similar style, so it was fun to come and see what was new and what was still on the shelves. It was a place where my sister and I learned that if we wanted something, we might want to get it because what it was might not be in stock the next time we came by. Lines at check out were typically quick and parking relatively easy to find, though there have been occasions when circling has been necessary.
