Cold pressed juices

So fresh! Sprouts organic cold pressed juices are so delicious. Love the glass bottles as well. The location is great, right in the heart of Treme. Stop by the cafe and try these delicious juices - they have a great variety to choose from.

Outside seating!

I came here a few weeks ago and never got around to writing my review! But what a treat this place is - especially if you're eating plant based. First thing to note is that it's very tiny, so you may or may not be able to secure seating outside. I think very recently they brought a chef on more full time. So they now have a rotating menu of plant based meals - when I went we had a plant based creole pasta, falafel and a burger! It was wonderfully seasoned and completely delicious. They regularly post about what's on the menu on Instagram, so I would check that out! I'm someone who personally loves variety and supporting local and Black owned business. So this place is 100% on my recommended list. Check it out!

Vernon, our Host with the Most

Doing some work in New Orleans, in the middle of a stressful day ran into Sprouts Organic Cafe, aka 'oasis' the food is healthful, thoughtful, fresh, organic, DELICIOUS. Fab coffee. Incredible smoothies and pressed juice. And then there's Vernon, who hosted us with the greatest care and good cheer, and Darlene, who engaged us in real talk... our whole day turned around and we left feeling healthy, wonderful, happy and uplifted. Thank you, Vernon, Darlene, and your whole team, we'll be back!

He wasn't very attentive to us when ordering and asking questions about the menu. Food was delicious and that made up for the mediocre service. It was pretty loud as it is a smaller space and there were many people there dining as well. It has a cool vibe and art deco theme.

As someone of Indian heritage who has eaten at Indian restaurants across the country and abroad, I do not offer five stars lightly. The Tandoori Chicken Tikka is the best I have ever had -- anywhere, full stop. The char is perfect, the marinade deeply fragrant, and the chicken impossibly tender. This dish alone is worth crossing the city for. The Chicken Biryani was layered and fragrant, with each component perfectly spiced yet cohesive. The Malai Gosht was rich and silky -- a quietly elegant dish that lingers on the palate. The Palak Paneer was vibrant and fresh, nothing like the heavy renditions found elsewhere. The Bullet Naan -- marketed as "eat at your own risk" -- delivered on its promise. Bold, building heat that commanded attention, but never reckless. Paired with a curry, it was outstanding. The Falooda dessert was a perfect finish: cooling, fragrant, and beautifully presented. The wine list was surprisingly decent for an Indian Restaurant. We enjoyed the Brunello! And the service -- led by Manager Aman -- was over the top in the best possible way. Warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in every guest's experience. The hospitality matched the kitchen's excellence at every turn. LuFu Nola is a must-visit. Easily the best Indian food in New Orleans.

We arrived sans reservation, but were whisked straight into the courtyard -- arguably the best seat in the house on a pleasant Louisiana evening. Between the soft night air and the glow of the courtyard, the atmosphere alone deserved applause. The cocktails arrived first and immediately set a dangerously high standard: beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and the kind of drinks that make you consider canceling your plans afterward. Fortunately, the food rose to the occasion. The edamame and roasted Brussels sprouts disappeared with alarming speed, and the Amelie Salad was a standout -- generously portioned, fresh, vibrant, and substantial enough to be an entrée or ideal for sharing if you're pretending to be civilized. A special nod to Liz, who elevated the entire experience with spot-on recommendations, warm hospitality, and the rare ability to be both attentive and effortlessly relaxed. In a city famous for memorable dining, this meal still managed to feel special -- equal parts elegant, welcoming, and unmistakably New Orleans.

The host was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our server and helpers were over quickly to drop off waters and greet us. I ended up ordered the salmon. With it being so early and only one or 2 other tables besides my friend and me, the food did take longer to come out than I expected it to. Both of us did thoroughly enjoy what we got. The salmon was crispy on the outside with a nice sauce over it. We thought we'd have time to get dessert so we ordered a couple but that too took a very long time. We finally waved down our server to cancel and get the check since we had to be somewhere and he apologized and said their WiFi was going in and out so it could be that it was registering on the kitchen side. That may have explained why our entrees took too long. If it wasn't for the service and the food being great - I would not be thrilled about timing. We got there around 5:30p and had to leave by 7:15p so an almost 2 hours experience that probably could have been 1 hour.
