The office is SO accommodating for my very nervous son. They meet him where he is at and respect his boundaries. They take the time to earn his trust and never try and pull a fast one on him. He actually can get his exam and a cleaning and it's such a relief to know he can get the care he needs. Dr. Aimee is absolutely incredible, the techs are all so sweet, and the front office is super helpful and even lets my kiddo peek at their office equipment. When the first started looking in her mouth she said "mommy help, I need help mommy!" But they quickly started singing songs to her and she laid there calmly as they checked her mouth. Then it was so funny when they cleaned her teeth because she kept trying to lick the cotton candy tooth paste and she would say " it is yummy mommy, it is so good". Afterwards they gave her a prize. They do a great job scheduling cleanings, and any follow up visits. My insurance is always checked before we do any procedures or cleanings, which I appreciate so that there are no surprises with billing. The dental hygienists are friendly, and do a great job cleaning. The dental chairs also have a TV on the ceiling so the kids can watch something during their cleaning or treatment. My kid did a face plant at school today, and smashed their face/part of their mouth, and I wasn't sure if what happened to their tooth was a dental emergency or not. I left a voice mail message with Dr. Song after calling the main number, and my call was returned very promptly. She gave me information on what to do, how to clean my child's teeth, and made me an appointment the following week because it was not a dental emergency (thank goodness). As a parent, I'm always anxious, and she gave me information that I needed to alleviate my concerns. Thank you Dr. Song and Staff!

Dr. Lee is caring and empathetic, and you can tell he genuinely understands how stressful dental pain can be for kids and parents. My two boys have had fillings and other treatments, and Dr. Lee has called later the same day to check in and make sure they're doing okay. I also appreciate that he's conservative with treatment--he doesn't recommend fillings or cavity work unless it's truly necessary. Once, when my son had sudden pain from an emerging tooth, Dr. Lee even responded to my text on a weekend and reassured me on what to do, which was a huge relief.
