The job was really challenging and I had two other companies say they could not put in the wall sockets because the exterior walls are the stone of the building. We were very pleased with the result.

Like a fool I signed for the $389. Next on the schedule is asking to see the circuit breaker panel, and what a surprise, it needed replacement at $11,000, three times the national average!! Said no to that. Then on the the actual job I called about , fixing a 3 way switch in our hallway. After the 'evaluation' told me it was more difficult and would cost a good bit more to do. (Turned out to be $611) We told him we were not prepared for that and declined to have them do the job. I expected to swallow the $79 service call charge but no, 'they evaluated' and we wouldn't 'let them' do the job so we owed the whole $389. Not prorated as to how much for the eval and how much for the repair. But being an understanding guy he 'gave me a break' and cut it down to merely $329. Then told us more about how we should really replace the circuit breaker panel. Finally they left, we were out $329 and nothing was done. Check out Mark M's review, sound familiar?

I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . I would not hesitate to call them again.

I put in a request through yelp. He had the best price and moved his scheduled around to accommodate my current needs (house selling, inspections, etc) He was there early and had finished by the time he was actually supposed to be there. It was a simple outlet issue and instead of charging for the outlet, he showed me that the outlet was good just needed to be rewired. He really could have ran the price up but chose to be genuine and when you have someone like that (much like a good barber or mechanic) you don't go elsewhere and you go out of your way to tell people about them. I will certainly be contacting him on the future. Levan is based out of Newtown and really "could" charge Newtown prices but is an honest and trustworthy guy. Highly recommend. -J

Eddie from AD electrical was very responsive and informative when it came to my questions and…read moreconcerns. I wanted two standard 3way wired switches installed by the front door, since it was unsafe walking in the dark just to turn on the light on the other end of the room. I also requested that an exhaust fan be installed in the bathroom, since the moisture had nowhere to escape, causing water stains to show. I got a few quotes from yelp! but AD Electrical seemed to me to be the most reliable and reasable when it came to the overall price of the project as far as i can tell; I even asked him about alternate ways to save money and he broke down the pros and cons, if I chose one over the other. For example: a wired switch vs a smart one or the exhaust ducked work placed on the side of the home or on the roof, he said on the side of the home would be more expensive so we went with the roof and the best part everthing was done very quickly with no delays or hiccups. Reviewing the work after the fact l noticed that two smart switch were installed instead of what we agreed on, so there was a bit a of miscommunication there but no worries since it would have been a lot harder and more expensive to do, this way was easier and less expensive. Lastly the exhaust seems to be a quite one but I'm not sure, since it seems to be running very weak as if it can't remove the moisture from the air at an optimal pace.
