I requested a network setup from my basement to my home office on the 2nd floor. He completely understood my issue and had a tech at my house 9am the next day. We are super pleased with the customer service from Magnolia center at Best Buy in King of Prussia. FYI some of the TVs on the floor or actually connected to the Magnolia system. "As far as why your TV looks blurry, a lot of streaming companies are limiting bandwidth, which will be different from device to device. If I remember correctly, you have an Apple TV hardwired into your network. The only course of action I can think about is restarting your Apple TV. You can do that by going into Settings and General if I remember correctly. Don't reset it, just restart it. That should clear up things a bit. Also, for applications that allow you to do so, change the video quality to HD or 1080P or whatever the highest available quality is. A lot of applications are forcing the default resolution to 480P to limit bandwidth, which will effect each device differently. The major devices (Apple TV, Roku, Xbox, Playstation, etc) will be the first devices effected I would imagine, since they are the most up-to-date applications. I hope this helps.
