Before the tiresome shopping hehe I had lunch at Sipri with a tasting salad based on lettuce, corn, tomatos and shrimp. The menu offers appetizars, pizzas, some pasta, meet and chicken and organic food. The service was good, they also served bread and it all was fast and nice.the chef brought the food and everyone's else. I went yesterday with a group of 11 and the service was absolutely awful. Our waiter had gotten one of the orders wrong which is fine but instead of apologizing he grabs the pizza forcefully and storms off (we had asked if there was meat in the pizza he said no and when it came it was full of meat). After 10 of the girls got their food my ceaser salad and focaccia took another 20min to come. The server did not want to accommodate in any way with the checks and added an extra plate on there. When we left we said thank you goodnight and got no response from any of the workers. This is the first time I have been there in years (used to love it) will not be coming back to this location. I do not recommend going in groups larger than 4 because they will not give their best service. I was recently attending a convention and decided to walk over to Lincoln Road for some lunch. The walk to Spris was probably less than 10 minutes. Lincoln Road is a pretty cool spot and I liked the fact that most restaurants had indoor and outdoor seating. Spris was no exception, the people watching while dining is great. Their indoor seating area is not big at all, but sufficient enough. I ordered a pizza that was topped with prosciutto, I can't remember the exact name if it, along with a nice cold beer. The pizza was delish albeit a little salty which is expected from the prosciutto so I can't really complain about that. I liked that fact that the pizza is made in a cute little wood burning oven, nice touch and adds to the flavor profile of the pizza. The service was okay, I had to wait a while to be offered a second beer, by that time my first one was completely gone. I then waited for a bit when it was time for the check. I did not mind much as I was not in a rush, but I could see it being a nuisance for most. Bottom line, come for the food and keep your expectations for the service low and you won't be disappointed. read more

But the crust was severely undercooked and the chicken was SUPER bland. Tasted like they boiled the chicken and cut it up. As a pizza place, I feel like they owe it to themselves to step up their game, or get rid of the gluten free pizza all together. Do it right or don't do it at all. If this is normal for gf pizza, it's going to tarnish their image. Dominos gf pizza is a thousand times better! We had great service, good ceviche and terrible pizza. I asked how much toppings were and the server replied with a snarky tone "look I don't know, depends on toppings". I replied "what about sausage", he hits me back with "yeah I don't know man, with taxes with resort fee it's hard to say". I just wanted to know like is it $2 a topping or $5? At that point I literally said screw it order a pre-made pizza. Pizza was bad the only good thing was it was outside in the middle of the mall which was cool but food and customer service was poor. The cherry on top was I almost left no tip but decided against it and left a 12% tip ($5), after I flew back to AZ. Turns out they left themselves a nicer tip at $10. What a shiesty restaurant. I've never left any bad review for any business ever. But this one definitely earned it, stay away and save yourself money and order Little Caesars where they won't overcharge you for poor customer service and arguably better pizza.
