Stay Clear of these crooks. I had my company 3500 sprinter van with 57k miles towed their shop when it went into limp mode. they diagnosed it as a bad transmission, which i agreed to have rebuilt for $7500. On the test drive they said the motor blew up and needed to be rebuilt ($10k). Crazy as it seems i paid to have it done. When I picked up the truck it had a check engine light on which they said it was an intermittent light and the cleared it. After all this the very next day the truck breaks down, limp mode again! i had the truck towed to Mercedes and they diagnosed the problem as a faulty blue def pump. this was the problem all along,. Stay clear of this company! they stole $17k from me and will do it to you to read more

Brought my van in for service on my forced induction system. Erik stated that my clutch fan "fell off" in the process of fixing my boost issue and just left it sitting in the shroud. One of the sensors they replaced is missing 1/2 bolts. Sloppy job. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

We have a Dodge Sprinter and it's relatively new for us buy it's a 2006 so as we hit the road from Minnesota, it was great to run across a repair shop that really knew our vehicle. We were only looking for an oil change but our "check engine light" was on and after a diagnostic check at a previous Auto Zone we knew it was the glow lights (whatever that is!!) and so we flew by it and my hubby turned around arranging a time the next day. Owner, Eric, not only does work on Sprinters, buys and sells a few, his specialty seems to be the Big Ticket cars- Jags, BMWs, Range Rovers, and the like. He gave us some awesome advice: keep up the necessary repairs, don't neglect it, don't let anyone tell you you need a new tranny... I only wish he lived in Minnesota! read more

So I took my van to Eric to get fixed honestly the negative reviews I don't believe I was coming from pompano beach and this guy went the extra mile just to leave his plans and bare in mind this was after 5 turned around the next day did the diagnostics and I knew what was wrong with the van he fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and I came up there and picked it up he is one of the most knowledgeable people Who knows about sprinters I wouldnt take it down to Miami and I was closer to there then ft pierce honestly you need someone who knows what they are doing with sprinters Eric and his staff are very friendly and I hope he can work on my sprinter for years to come read more

They installed a trailer hitch and harness, causing total failure of the electrical system to rear lights. A $500 hitch resulted in over $1000 in additional repairs. On top of this the owner has got a real bad attitude. He is obviously an unhappy person and I can see why - he can't even install a trailer hitch properly. read more

I have recently purchased a 2010 mercedes Benz sprinter. I have had a ton of problems with the van, and have spent a lot of money trying to get it fixed. I read the reviews on Yelp and was sceptical about sprinter van city,but I brought my van there anyway. My experience was excellent. I thought Eric was very informative. We had our sprinter vans serviced at Sprinter Van City two years ago. The injectors we're leaking and vans were not in good shape. The technician at Sprinter Van City mastered the repairs with state of the art technology and experience. I don't know what Monty's issue with them is but they were nothing but professional and did fantastic work. We now have our whole fleet regularly serviced by the technicians here. They are so professional and knowledgeable, I would never trust anyone else with my vans. read more

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a vehicle from this shady used car salesman and its been absolute hell. I purchased a sprinter van 4 plus months ago and its still in my mechanics shop being fixed. Eric lied to me several times during this event (imagine that), three days after buying the van it broke down in Orange City Fl. He sold the vehicle "as is" with a 90 day - $1,500.00 repair warranty. I should have know then.... I called him with the problem and he said that he would come get it and repair it. Three days go by and no sign of the transport company. I called him back and he proceeds to lie some more. With his permission, I ended up taking it to my Mechanics shop in Orlando Fl were it needed some major work, Eric wanted to bandage the problem with a temporary fix, (the # 3 injector blew off, the hold down bolt had damaged treads in the head and the head needed replacing, He wanted to helicoil it) a very temporary fix. There were several problems, we are at about $8,500.00 so far, it will be over $10,000 before its back on the road. I paid $17,500 for the vehicle. Crazy!! I bought this truck to replace a work vehicle that was totaled by a careless Driver in July and I have been dealing with this Jackass (Eric) since. I had to go buy a enclosed trailer to be able to get my guys back to work. I would stay clear of this guy and his shops. He buys used - crashed sprinter vans, parts them and fixes them up, puts a coat of paint on it, and sells the Frankenstein vans to unsuspecting customers. These guys saved the day for me yesterday! Found my way to them after my sprinter RV went into "limp mode" on the Florida Turnpike. What great luck that I was close enough to get to them at 40 mph! They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the needed part, and got me back on the road in less that two hours. FANTASTIC!!! read more

My experience, Horrible. I would not let these guys touch my Sprinter with a ten foot pole. I went in for rusty body work so I could replace a broken glass windshield. $2400 later the body work is so shoddy I had to have Allstate adjuster review the work and the Dodge Dealership. Both of which agreed, it was done incorrectly. I canceled a check and Robert, later agreed the work was incorrectly done, he reduced my bill by a small percentage which I paid to avoid any court dealings. However, I did NOT have any brake issues before I went in and subsequently had to have major repairs done somewhere else. They try to up-sell unnecessary repairs using scare tactics, the parts and labor are WAY over-priced and I caught them trying to put in re-furbished ABS controller and passing it as new. The business partner Eric is loud and rude. Do yourself a favor, especially if you drive a Sprinter, STAY AWAY! These guys are Shysters. read more
