I made an order August 19th which stated "estimated delivery August 20th". Today is August 21st and I still don't even have an e-mail telling me my shipment is on its way. Contacted customer service, which was USELESS--- they can't give me any information other than they don't do deliveries on the weekends nor can they cancel my order, which I intend to do. Since I was expecting delivery August 20 as stated on my order, I planned to leave on vacation Monday August 23, so their delivery "whenever" is of zero value. There was a gentleman working there that was just amazing with the customer service and information about the products. I believe his name is Walter, please forgive me if I'm wrong, it's a good day if I remember my name. Lol I purchased the printer that he recommended and I am so happy with it. He listened to the features that I wanted and showed me the exact model that suited my needs perfectly. He even took the time to explain why the more expensive model was not right for me. My last printer was such a nightmare I really needed and appreciated the customer service that he provided. I also want to note that as I use a cane and cannot stand or walk for long he went out of his way to find the other smaller products that I needed brought them to me and assisted me in checking out quickly. Thank you Walter, the customer service you provide is very much appreciated and I hope the newer staff learn your dedication. The company is better with employees like you.

Fantastic service and great quality!…read more I had a last minute request for a quick special design of our company business cards and needed them done ASAP. The order was for a special event coming up and 150 of these special cards were needed in less than a few days. I handled the redesign and needed a fast printer who could deliver 150 cards in 24 hours for an affordable price, otherwise I'd be explaining to accounting why I was expensing so much on business cards when we just went through a resupply less than a month ago. Impressive was nothing short of their namesake. After checking with a few others in town, I couldn't find a decent price that came close to our usual print partners headquartered out near Caledon (they would have taken a bit longer and usually only handle much larger orders to restock us for a year's worth of business cards, stationary, etc). Thinking my only solution was going to have me bite the bullet and write a letter to accounting along with a full expense report I was ready to give up. I won't list all the prices or competitors, but on the high side one printer quoted me shy of $170. Kevin at Impressive took the time to show me what weight paper we could use as well as printed up a few samples to show color reproduction. His quote was also VERY agreeable. As the company I work for is in the midst of voting for a rebranding, that also means changing our printing partners. Kevin and all those at Impressive will definitely be brought up by me at our next meeting and even if that falls through, they have my personal business for life. Go on, swing into Impressive to take a look, it'll be well worth it.

Front receptionist represents their brand perfectly - she is neighbourly as stated in the "About…read moreUs" page on their website. The graphic designer not so much, she has an edge to her, almost rude. Maybe she was having a bad day? but that's no excuse. I'm not questioning her design ability, but sometimes there are employees best suited not to deal with clients directly. She needs more training in caring and consultative sales approaches.Customers do not like feeling they are being "Schooled" in an arrogant manner. I don't doubt their quality of printing as what I witnessed from this small company is good but this print shop has to be one of the more expensive places in Hamilton. I got 3 quotes for the identical job. I placed my order with a printer on Lansing Drive Hamilton on the mountain. Yes this printer does small and large format signs. Not only did I pay almost HALF of what I was quoted, by Impressive they also did my design service as I was in a rush. I got same day delivery too!
