This store don't deserve one star. they will lie to you and not think about it I have had many issues with billing and rebates they promised but John Micheal's isn't a man of his word at all and never will call back. Chad in sales was very nice but he is in the sales game and knows what this place is doing to people!! AT&T customer for over 15 years here and will be going back to them !! My bill after 7 months still not right at all !!! read more

If I could leave zero stars or negative I would. I experienced the worst customer service in this store from the assistant manager. He was condescending and rude to my sister and me. When we called sprint it ended up that he was completely wrong with the information he told us. I'm not sure how he made it to assistant manager when he clearly did not know his own store's policies. I highly recommend NOT using this store. I am filing a formal complaint with sprint for his rude attitude. read more

I called and called the store multiple times as did my business partner with no answer. finally after a few weeks Trevor returned our call and said he would give us better internet and if that didn't work he would refund everything. you guessed it, it didn't work so again we called and called and called with no answer. mind you this is his personal number and the store. I finally went in and they told me they had no idea who I was and that I would need to speak with Trevor who was not there because he was conveniently out traveling. They're now trying to charge me for a service that never worked.

The asst manager could not refund my funds because he "didn't have the code" during my 45 min lunch time from work. While purchasing the accessories the week before I had to ask the staff member if she was "always this pleasant"; her demeanor was not welcoming or helpful and felt disrespectful. I highly recommend that folks just shop at a real Verizon store. Had I know the difference and level of customer service , I would have made a different decision for the purchase. Don't get stuck with faulty product like I seem to be.

I sat there for an hour, picking out a new phone and having the rep switch all my stuff over to the new phone. I could stomach the $35 fee to make the changes, and the $25 fee to load up the new phone, but then they told me that I wasn't eligible for the plan after all. I was going to have to pay a difference of $400 or get a more expensive phone plan. I felt so cheated! I had them switch everything back and left the store. What a waste of my time! I'm so disappointed with Verizon!

They gave me a new number and I am trying to cancel my landline, but they say I have to keep service until the end of the month and pay for it because "it is in their terms and conditions". I have spent HOURS on the phone with them trying to get this straightened out and they are sorry, but they can't do anything to help me. No partial credit, no free month of internet, nothing. I guess this should be all I lost in the theft of my identity. But that they can't do anything because it was ported out following the "proper procedures" (even if I have a police report) is beyond irritating. Grrrr. The wrap was filled with fresh vegetables it was yummy. The cheeseburger comes with fresh hot thin French fries that were so yummy. The burger comes with pickles and mustard and ketchup you can ask for them not to put it on. It was perfectly cooked and the flavor was absolutely on point. The Amish market also has a donut shop that is wonderful. Each donut is 2.00 and they are made all day long. Open Thursday thru Saturday. There are cheese and cold cut vendors. Furniture and custom leather belts and hats. They have a place you can purchase dips for fruit and veggies and they make up beautiful trays daily. Homemade stuffed pretzels with everuthing from breakfast items inside them to just cheese. Fresh cup up fruit and veggies. Every kind of prepped salad you CAN think of. Veggies who veggies sliced. Fruit whole fruit sliced. The best place to find goodies for the weekend. Fresh meats to buy and take home and cook. Ready to eat prepped foods to eat there or take home. A shop for spices and wonderful things to use in the kitchen. This place also has a section where you can buy homemade fresh baked cookies cakes pies, breads. So much here to look at. Candy too.
