BE WARNED! This is not about any one particular store. It's about Verizon's online credit…read moreverification process. BE WARNED! If you go online to sign up for a cell service plan and new iPhone, as a new customer BE WARNED! Before checkout you'll be asked multiple choose questions and past loans and loan terms. If you guess wrong on any answers, you will be denied credit towards your new phones over the 36 month contract. What that means is YOU'll HAVE TO PAY UP FRONT FULL COSTS OF THE PHONES and will not be eligible for any 'phones on us' promotions. Got 850 credit score on all the credit bureau reports? DOES'NT MATTER! Called 4 different Verizon service numbers before I finally got a real person in the credit application review department. There was no kind of ID, bill in my, name, lease, credit report, etc. they offered to review to override the denied credit application. I was told I had two options. Wait 60 to 90 days to try on line or in store again or pay up front for full cost of two iPhones. LESSON LEARNED: If you go online for to try to take advantage of Verizon new customer phone plan and get credits towards purchasing iPhones, HAVE A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT IN FRONT OF YOU TO CONFIRM YOU ANSWER THE MULTIPLE CHOiICE QUESTIONS CORRECTLY. Otherwise the automated process of credit check will flag you as a credit risk should you chose the wrong answer about the terms of some loan you took out decades ago! And no one at Verizon appears to be able to resolve this for you NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR CREDIT IS! Signed....Extremely Frustrated

With all the COVID stuff going on, we anticipated a wait, which was fine. When we walked in, we were the only 2 people in the store and immediately helped! The whole process was so quick and efficient! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes both with new iPhones! Huge shoutout to Tyler for being knowledgeable, quick, and so nice! He even noticed something on my moms account and was able to point out that she could get a better rate with her phone insurance. Thank you for making our experience a great one!

At this location, they were extremely busy, but a worker still approached us and greeted us then asked us what they could do for us that day. Once we told them we were just there for a SIM card, they explained they had a waiting list, but our request was quick and simple. So while his customer was busy picking out a new phone, he programmed a new SIM, placed it into my wife's phone, and off we went. No issues since. But the real golden nugget was the customer service we received! I will continue to drive out of my way and get my service from this location from now on.

Stay away from Boost Mobile…read more A customer rep took my phone, changed my account, changed my password, requested a more expensive plan than the one I had (with LESS GB per month), and he requested apple service. ALL WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. He also he charged me $250 more for a phone than the going rate according to Boost Mobile's website. It's an absolute scam and fraud. When I called Boost Mobile corporate, they refused to connect me with the "fraud and escalation" department. 30 minutes on the phone and the rep said the supervisor indicated they couldn't do anything for us because according to their system I requested all this nonsense. I'll fix them. I'm reporting the fraud to the FCC. I will never step foot inside any Boost Mobile store ever again.

Her poor old phone was on its last leg, it had several viruses (maybe Covid, lol), and it was glitching. It was jittery to say the least! She went from an android to an iPhone. Even though they didn't have the phone she wanted in stock, we purchased it at a nearby location and came back here so Cris could transfer her data and info. He was sooo helpful. He not only downloaded and transferred her contacts, etc. but he also gave her mini lessons on her new iPhone! He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He also speaks Spanish which is a plus! Social distancing markets on the floor, and masks were in place. Cris also explained all the plans, assisted us with the accessories, and he didn't try to up-sell us to buy things we didn't need. My sis got an awesome deal on a new iPhone and we were impressed with the service we received here! The inventory, however, was rather skimpy ... they could increase their cases, chargers, and phone stock. I deleted a star because the store itself isn't very aesthetically appealing. They could use some better quality and matching furniture (the table in the waiting area was in poor shape) and a paint job. But for your cell phone service needs, this place suits us to a "T" mobile!

Also, if they promise you any free accessories make sure you get them before you leave or you never will. You will be better off going to a real Verizon store and not this independent one.
