Jevon "JV" was attentive and great with my 8 year old while I was able to focus and make decisions based on their recommendations. Employees whose names I didn't even catch came by to help too to make sure my daughter was cared for. I've been with Verizon for many years. I've had good and bad experiences. The screen was there but not the tool for the home button. We were told they were overnighting it. 4 days later I picked it up, however I did not have a working home button. Back to the shop it goes (for another week) They ruined my home button and had to change it out for a new one. Now I have lost the use of the fingerprint security or fingerprint log in or fingerprint anything. Of course this was never explained in the beginning, thanks Colin H. $180 for all this hassle. Face ID doesn't work and it's unevenly glued plus cracked the next day from sitting it down on my work desk. now the screens not cutting on at all. phone is clearly on as it's getting notifications, but the screen is not turning on. run.
