In the beginning of June, I used the Request a Quote feature on Yelp to get our home irrigation system all set up. This is our first summer in the new house, and naturally repairs were necessary for the sprinkler system. Teague was responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. Though I had to shell out some $$ for parts, he was very transparent about what was needed and ended up giving me a slight discount on his labor and time. He turned on the water supply in the crawl space, installed new parts in the front of my house, set up the timers on the sprinkler system, and even installed a few new parts to make sure all zones of my front and backyards were being watered properly. There was no courtesy call. We had to reach out two hours after the appointment window had passed to learn they had car trouble and would reschedule us much later in the planting season. Despite that, I removed a critical review I had written after they assured us they'd make things right. But the night before the new appointment -- after business hours on the weekend -- they canceled again. This time, instead of apologizing, they sent a manipulative message claiming my previous review "harmed their family and small business." I gave them multiple opportunities to do the right thing. My original review was factual and fair. Their lack of follow-through and unprofessional response only reinforced my initial concerns. Timing is everything when it comes to landscaping -- and they missed the mark twice.

He stood me up time and time again and I'm done so that I gave him 6 weeks and then he had my system on a timer on his phone only he can work and now he forgot to turn the backyard on and burnt my yard that I just paid 19,000 for in the back and it's all burned up very irresponsible. I would only recommend maybe a sprinkler blowout but no big jobs. He never came back to put the system on my phone or to show me what kind of system it was nothing I was out of town. I've used him since then for end of season maintenance, and this year he even took the initiative to locate a part that needed replacing on my valve.
