The lead tech jumped to conclusions without doing a full system review, changed out parts unnecessarily and was difficult to deal with as he knew all the answers. The owner, Chris, however was extraordinary. I texted him with my concerns. He came out with the techs a few days later, agreed with assessment and adjusted the bill to remove the unnecessary costs. That sort of honesty and commitment to customer service is very rare. Buyers must always be aware of what work is being done but to have the owner step in like this surprised me. I'm confident Chris will be making some changes, at least through training. I would recommend the company.

He wasnt trying to sell me anything I didnt need. His clarity and honesty convinced me to use them. They did not disappoint. The work was delayed due to circumstances beyond anyone's control but when they were able to get started, they were there on time, finished quickly, and did a quality job. They were patient in answering my many questions (sometimes too many, I think...). I had a sump installed to drain excess water and it's working perfectly. Moses told us he used to work for the contractor that left us hanging with the issues above but he had started his own company after only a short period in the business which explains a lot about this company. When they sent the quote to us they were charging $295 to repair a valve that costs $75 to buy new. They had labor on top of the valve repair itself, and a second charge for labor for the water leak. Which the total costs for the quote were $900. Sad thing about this is a competitor quoted us $300 to fix this and they ended up getting it repaired for the $300. This installers lack of experience in the industry show not only in pricing but in how he has communicated with. Won't be calling back. UPDATE: 07/18/22 Since posting this review Moses has come by our house twice, once the day of the review around 10pm at night asking us to take down the review. Then again today 07/18 he stopped by and asked my wife again if we would take down the review. Which now this gentleman is making my wife and family feel very uncomfortable as Moses is not stalking us to get us to remove the review. We will be reporting this behavior to our local authorities. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL!!!

Made me feel bad so I told him I'd pull the review but also said that I was pretty sure it was his company and gave him the reasons why. Paul's two man crew was fast and polite and great to work with. As an elite Yelp reviewer I don't give high reviews unless somebody is truly superior. You will notice by my other reviews that I do not give low or negative reviews if I can help it. This has been a great experience and I will use these guys for any of my landscape irrigation or lighting needs in the future. Paul really cares about the quality of his work and spent a lot of extra time hosing off all of the sidewalks and driveway and he used a leaf blower to neaten everything up. Everything looks very professional. We are taking photos this Thursday evening and this house is going to look absolutely magnificent.
