She sounds rude, unprofessional, gives off "I'm right, you're wrong" vibes even though they admitted many times it was a miscommunication / misinformation given on their end. I didn't want a full refund, maybe a discount for the lack of communication on pricing SEVERAL times. Nothing to make it right. Just a snobby phone call.
