What the hell did you do to our dog?????? Are you fricking kidding me???? Not okay! Not even close…read moreto okay! Then, you have the audacity to charge my wife 65 dollars for this? The poor dog looks like it cut its own hair? Then you have the doors locked and won't give up our animal until you were paid.... Not, "take a look at the awesome job I did." No... Just pay, then hand the animal out a crack in the door. What is the matter with you? You should not be cutting an animal's hair without having the knowledge and skill to do so. It's a Yorkie... a teddy bear cut is hands down the most common cut you would ever do in that breed. It's literally the equivalent of the doggy bowl cut! You have got to be the worst groomer within 1,000 miles. A 6 year old with kitchen shears would have done a better job hopped up on Easter candy and Red Bull. This photo was taken in your parking lot you ignoramus. The other is a before shot. Try again to tell us you barely took anything off. All your good reviews are clearly paid for or you conned unsuspecting fools into vouching for you. You literally took the light out of our Miso's eyes. I want to know what the hell happened in there. I mean this is clearly animal abuse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! You have all been warned.

Our dogs have so much fun playing all day and I appreciate that they are not just sitting in kennels all day like other daycares sometimes do. The dogs get to roam free and have a blast with all of their friends! As an added bonus, they absolutely crash when we bring them home. We have also boarded our dogs tons of times and know that they are in the safest hands while there. The employees are friendly, the facility is always clean, and our dogs are happy!

Tried to get this billing issue handled at the time of appointment / in office but the front desk gal was far from helpful and let me know I would eventually get a call from the "Office Manager", Amanda. When they call to discuss any issue, YOU WILL TALK IN CIRCLES. Amanda started with "what's the issue" even though she had pictures, texts and a full email discussing my issue. She sounds rude, unprofessional, gives off "I'm right, you're wrong" vibes even though they admitted many times it was a miscommunication / misinformation given on their end. I didn't want a full refund, maybe a discount for the lack of communication on pricing SEVERAL times. Nothing to make it right. Just a snobby phone call. Not sure how Amanda is the office manager there let alone "helping other branches" in Seattle Do better girlfriend.
