They have the cutest baby chickens every year. 4. You can bring your dog in here. or your horse. or your chicken. or whatever. I have brought my baby goats in Tractor Supply (in Little Rock) and no one cares. I bring my dog in here. He's a bloodhound mix. People say he's as big as a horse but he got shown up when a lady brought her horse in here. No lies. I don't do drugs. Nor do I drink. A lady walked an actual horse in Tractor Supply in Benton. I've seen them tied up or walked up outside but never in the store until this time. I don't mean My Little Pony either. This horse was full size....and she walked it right in the store. The best part of it was no one seemed to care. Cons: 1. Lately, their animal feed has gone up. Their excuse is covid but somehow Walmart has managed to make their prices for animal feed go up only around 30 cents per bag instead of $3 per bag like Tractor Supply has done. Cracked corn used to be under $9 per bag. Now, it's $11.99 per bag. It's 50 lbs. Walmart has the same cracked corn in 40 lbs. for $7.38 per bag. It has only gone up 30 cents per bag since covid hit at Walmart and there is something wrong with cracked corn going up $3 per bag at Tractor Supply. Even the laying pellets have gone up $1 per bag while Walmart has them at the same price as before covid. Therefore, I do not buy anything but chick starter, dog food, and cat food here anymore. 2. Before coranavirus, I was here weekly most of the time. Because of coronavirus and the fact that I don't want it, I've been using the curb side pick up (which is way faster than Walmart). I've used it multiple times. Each time I call and give my name and order number if asked. The last time that I called, I told the person on the phone my name. He couldn't find it so I told him that I had all the bags of concrete and one bag of feed. A different person--the manager--delivers my order to my car. He's the fluffy bald guy. He makes me dig out my driver's license. I told him that I've never had to do this. He told me that it was good to hear that and he would make sure to coach his employees. . If I drive up, call you, and give you my name, order number, and what's in my order plus I have it pulled up on my phone to show you, there's a 99.999999999999% chance that I'm picking up my own order. It would be more believable for someone to drive up with a stolen driver's license than it would be for someone to be in the parking lot and call and know the order number, name, and everything in the order plus have the order pulled up on their phone to show you. Walmart never does this to me. They see my phone with my order number and they know it's me. Never do I dig forever for my driver's license at Walmart and get exposed to covid at the window. I don't even show it. This guy needs to lighten up because his employees are way nicer than him and he's making this way harder than it should be. 3. The store has a new manager. The short fluffy bald guy is gone. He was a great manager despite what I wrote above about him. He kept it clean. It was organized. He would mark the open bags of food down to $5 per bag which was a good deal. The new manager (a short dark haired younger lady) was working when I found some open bags of feed. I asked her how much they were. She said full price. I told her they were open with feed missing. She said she would sell them to me discounted this time only because this store is losing too much money on busted bags of feed. Every other time that I have gone in there since then, the open bags are sitting next to the regular feed. I asked how much they were and I was told regular price. They are all taped up. If it's the last bag of cracked corn and I need it and half the bag is missing, I shouldn't have to pay full price for it. I refused to buy it and went to Farmer's instead. I noticed a few weeks later no one else was buying the open bags for full price either because they began marking them down to 10% off and 20% off. That's a great idea except half the bag might be missing. Why should I pay 90% of the price for 50% of the bag. This lady really needs to get it together. The old manager who was the heavyset bald guy had the right idea.

This store is closest to me than your big chain stores, Petco and Petsmart. I have tried calling the store for 2 days to ask if they have the items in stock, which always show in stock, then arrive at store, and none are available or in stock. Back to calling numerous times the last 2 days and say for almost 7-10 minutes just to see if they will answer. I have yet to speak to a store employee!!! this store has gone downhill the last few years!! we spend a LOT of money on feed, supplies, and our personal dog food, and items for our trailers and miscellaneous items. I have currently switched over to Farmers Association because they can keep their inventory in stock and answer the phone!!! I never go thru that checkout line, it's usually backed up 4-5 people deep! if you need hay, good luck! They call an employee that is supposed to meet you outside and wait and have to walk back in and spend almost 30-40 minutes for a simple pick up. I've had to walk to the back and swing the swinging door open to see 2 employees just screwing around when I can't find a single back of sweet feed, and see an entire pallet not put on the floor! I had to ask to have them please give me 2 bags from the pallet. Tractor Supply in Benton...time to step up!! I've seen so many different managers, rotating staff. FIX Your Problems in this store!!

I don't mind driving to a different store to find if it's old stock very unprofessional very unwilling to even talk with me about the situation just demanding that this is what they got and that's all he's gonna do after asking to speak with the manager asking if he could just please help me find one at another store sometimes you just can't get through to some people maybe I'm the bad person here. I'm not sure. I really appreciate him coming to work, but maybe he should've stayed at home that day cause he didn't act like he really wanted to be there very unsatisfied customer

I am SO IVER Lowe's and the…read morehorrific customer service, refusal to answer the phone, management her have zero care for a customer experience, I could go on and on, but needless to say it would really blow your wig back. If you knew what horrible service I've received there are not one not too, but seven different occasions in the last couple of months. This is about Home Depot, I drive from Diamondhead because they offer excellent customer service, a better selection at better prices and their employees actually seem to be happy. They're there and interested in assisting you. Tonight I have the pleasure of working with Kris in the lumber department. I was a bit stumped on. Not only was he personable and professional, but he quickly found exactly what I needed, made some great suggestions, and did so in such a pleasant manner that I will definitely ask for him next time I come back and need help. Buying extremely expensive machines can be a bit nerve wracking along with anticipating the delivery and set up. All that worry disappeared as soon as they arrived! They were knowledgeable about the machines, put the pedestals together easy peasy, they put both machines in a VERY tight fitting space without a single tiny scratch! They took their time to make sure they were connected and running correctly and did it all with very friendly smiles and even cracked a few jokes along the way that got a good laugh from me! They both had top notch customer service skills. They definitely deserve a ton of praise! Bravo on having these 2 on your team Home Depot!
