I've never owned any appliance that I despise like these. The washing machine started (today) not finishing a full spin cycle. I bought these at Lowe's. They washed their hands of them almost immediately. Today Samsung offered to replace the dryer because I've had so many issues. After an hour of talking to (2) Johns who spoke little English, my call was dropped and I haven't been able to get ahold of them since. The call center puts me on a "brief" hold and then never come back. I will NEVER own another Samsung product. Matter of fact the Samsung that I am leaving this review with is being swapped at Verizon for some other phone. I despise this company and their products are complete garbage. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG and if you're dumb enough to, you better but every warranty you can find. Lowe's is completely useless after the sale.

While standing in line for 20 mins waiting on the guy at the register to find sku #s etc...I finally pulled up their website online and gave him all the info he should of already known or should of been able to find. If you knew what horrible service I've received there are not one not too, but seven different occasions in the last couple of months. This is about Home Depot, I drive from Diamondhead because they offer excellent customer service, a better selection at better prices and their employees actually seem to be happy. They're there and interested in assisting you. Tonight I have the pleasure of working with Kris in the lumber department. I was a bit stumped on. Not only was he personable and professional, but he quickly found exactly what I needed, made some great suggestions, and did so in such a pleasant manner that I will definitely ask for him next time I come back and need help. Not only is Home Depot. It's right off the freeway, but like I said, it's worth the drive when you can get good customer service which seems to be to Lowe's. Buying extremely expensive machines can be a bit nerve wracking along with anticipating the delivery and set up. All that worry disappeared as soon as they arrived! They were knowledgeable about the machines, put the pedestals together easy peasy, they put both machines in a VERY tight fitting space without a single tiny scratch! They took their time to make sure they were connected and running correctly and did it all with very friendly smiles and even cracked a few jokes along the way that got a good laugh from me! They both had top notch customer service skills. They definitely deserve a ton of praise! Bravo on having these 2 on your team Home Depot!
