First dry clean is reliable, on-time, and gets the job done! I love not having to leave my house, it ends up saving me so much time week to week. Their communications are appropriate and never too excessive. The app is super easy to use and I have not had an issue. Drivers are on time and drop offs are in their slotted windows. Also, the washing is high quality. My clothes are nicely cleaned (whether machine washed or dry cleaned) and have never been damaged. I've since tried them a few more times and quality of service remained consistent. Definitely convenient and recommended for anyone who just sometimes doesn't want to get quarters and do laundry. Now I just wish I can find someone as good in my new town.

I called the number on the notification and informed the individual I had not received a notification. He said that he had called but had received an error message. I said to him that he then would agree that I had not been notified. He said it wasn't his fault and that he was still going to charge me. He was also rude on the phone cutting me off and trying to talk over me. So now he has the $5 fee but lost a customer over something so silly and easily solved. I recommend a solid pass on anyone interested in a dry cleaner with great customer service.

I think they take the items to another location to be washed, I saw a truck unloading clothes last time I was there. I got a suit dry cleaned and it was cheaper than another dry cleaner in the area I've tried. It was ready 2 days after I dropped it off. They did a good job on the suit. There was some red wine splashed on the bottom pant leg and they attached a note saying it was too tough to safely remove. So that stain was still there, but besides that it was cleaned and ironed very nicely. I will go back for sure.

This is extremely important to me. I was quoted by a young gal working there that it would be approximately $92, but it may be more. And yes, no fragrances or chemicals. I said okay, if it's much more, will they call me, as the couch is not worth all that much money. She said they would. I never got a call and went to pick up my cover and cushions a week later. Upon pickup, I was charged $180. I asked to speak to the owner, and the owner's son was available. He apologized and admitted they should have called me, but that was it! I asked for a minimum of a 20% discount, which was still not enough due to their error in customer service, and was told he could not do that. I then waited for his father, the owner, to come back. This man was rude and disrespectful. He proceeded to YELL at me how much a cleaning like this costs. He would not make any concessions. He walked away from me, and I continued to talk with the son, who kept his composure. The father then came RAGING from the back, saying 20% off and get out in a very threatening manner. I paid $144 and left as I was so upset at the encounter. To top it all off, when I got home and unzipped the bag, the cover and cushion covers were in, they were FULL of Fragrance. There are always more than 3 attendants present (husband and wife plus other family member) to inspect the garments and jot down what needs to be done. The turnaround time is always within reason (the longest I've ever waited is 6 days and that's only because the wife was sick). The prices are comparable to most cleaners in the area. I'm not giving this place 5 stars because their location is kind of meh to me - next to an always ridiculously busy BoA that has multiple security personnel on any given day and the parking lot has more than a few seriously deep potholes. Also, there's a barber shop 2 stores down that likes to blast their music - so much so that sometimes the bass can be felt at my quiet little dry cleaners.
