Staff and assistants have always been courteous, friendly and efficient. I've known Dr. Vail to go in on Sunday to treat an emergency, I have called him at home at 10:00 p.m. to ask an urgent question. He has treated my entire immediate and extended family (four generations) and no one has ever had a problem.
