From the time I received my safety glasses they were not the right prescription but I was told to…read morewhere them all the time to give my eyes time to adjust while my every day glasses were ordered. My eyes never adjusted so when my daily glasses came in I mentioned a second time that the prescription was not right. They wanted to keep my frames I already had to fit the lenses into them and I would come back to try them. I came back and they lost the lenses so was going to order more lenses at their cost but I mentioned a 3rd time I can't see with this prescription. Still nothing done about it. When I came back in to get my glasses I asked if the Dr could just retest my eyes but was told all cost would be mine. I can't afford to fix something that was wrong to start with. So now I'm stuck with glasses for work and everyday that I have to take off to drive or watch TV or anything other than reading. This seems to be a common thing that happens here according to many people I have spoke to. I will be looking for a different eye Dr like I've heard others say after going there. I have mentioned to my employer the trouble I've had because I have to where these glasses at all times at work. It's very difficult to do my job and go up and down stairs . I am not at all pleased with the care I have received.
