I asassumed since the ads for the center all state that this dental center accepts Medicaid /medicare and that it would pay for the tooth extraction as it has any other dental facility that I have used that advertised that they took it. But Macomb IL is a different place or so it seems. I needed a tooth extracted but needed a tooth extraction but ended up with many X-rays and gum and bone density tests instead. ( It was my first visit). I paid 85 dollars for that and had to have another appointment set up which was done very fast for the tooth extraction. Living on SS does not leave a lot and that is why we older people rely on Medicaid /medicare. TH extraction would run over two hundred. I guess I get a coupon back. Well, I don't want a coupon. I need the tooth out and paid for by Medicaid/medicare. Anyway, the visit is nice and if you have money or good insurance it is an amazing place.

This place is ridiculous and has no sense of urgency. This isn't the first time either, I always let them know in advance but each and every time, without fail, they reschedule me 2+ months out. It's mediocre care at a high ticket price point with zero urgency.
