I'm truly sorry to have to write this review. The office…read morestaff is kind, and Dr. Wong herself is friendly and caring on a personal level. Unfortunately, my experience with her as a surgeon was devastating. My journey started in December 2024. What should have been a straightforward bunion correction turned into a nightmare. She performed two botched surgeries that left my foot far worse than where I started. After the second failed surgery, I sought out three other surgeons for opinions. All three confirmed that the lapiplasty procedure was not warranted in my case--it is not a new procedure (as I thought) and none of the three surgeons perform the procedure. And worse, it's the most painful bunion surgery with the longest recovery time. That crucial information was never explained to me beforehand. Because of her surgical mistakes, I endured two additional surgeries to fuse the toe, reconstruct my arch, and cut three metatarsal bones to correct my gait. In total: two years, four surgeries, three plates, and twenty screws. During this time, I spent the majority of two years in a boot. My back, hips, and knees all suffered from the constant imbalance. The lapiplasty plates were very painful on the surface. During the 4th surgery, the surgeon removed the hardware, one screw had protruded so much it was poking through my skin. Several others were stripped and loose. This entire experience has been painful--physically, emotionally, and financially. For these reasons, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dr. Wong for surgical procedures. Dr. Han was present for both of my surgeries with her, so I also cannot recommend him.

What a nice, personable, and caring Doctor (and office)! My only criticism would be the time I had…read moreto wait in the waiting room due to what I was told was an unexpected emergency wound that came in the morning (they are a wound clinic as well and get unexpected emergencies). I might recommend they call their patients on a day like that to let them know they are running X minutes late (my appointment was at 2pm, I left at 4pm). Other than that, the staff and Dr. just seemed like friends/family. Dr. Rehm took his time to examine by Plantar Fasciitis, explain my options, and had a nice discussion about his past and credentials (even recommended some of his colleagues who perform shock therapy or PMP injections that he doesn't perform since insurance doesn't cover it). He apologized for the wait and offered a gift (foot pain tool he developed himself & sold at Road Runner Sports) for the inconvenience. He told me to consider himself a friend and a resource which I will do. Everything about my interaction with him just seemed so genuine. More medical specialties need doctors like Dr. Rehm!

They were kind, compassionate, caring and thorough. From the minute we walked through the door to the moment we exited, we were treated with dignity and a bit of humor -- which always helps. Thank you, Dr. Rehm. Mom was very impressed and we are all happy.

My amazing Doctor Luis Navazo has helped navigate 15 years of good health for me and my family…read more His office is professional and kind. If I could give zero stars, I would! Our dad, who is at a senior home facility and needs 24 hour…read morecare, was taken off of hospice by him. Dr. Navazo never called us to discuss why he thought our dad should go off of hospice, and in fact, he never has called us anytime about our dad's health. That being said, our dad has definitely declined extremely in the last year and is moving towards the end of his life. Dr. Navazo never has reached out to us at all. He didn't even make the zoom meeting that we had last year that was supposed to be with him but only was with the nurse, discussing medications. He is pretty much MIA except just this week when he finds out that we're calling him because we know he hasn't come out to evaluate our dad in the last week, despite it being communicated that it is believed he has an infection and needs to be on an antibiotic. As it turned out, he had an UTI infection for at least five days without antibiotics because of him,. Shameful! Also, once my dad got off of hospice, Dr. Navazo's office, texted me prescriptions without even calling me because I guess there's a new format for it. But because it's all new, and I didn't know who or what the texts were from, and because I live out of state and my sister normally is the one that communicates with his office, you would think they would know that and text her the prescriptions. also, after sending me 6 reoccurring text messages, you would've thought before that like after the third text and when there was no response, they would've called. I thought it was a scam so I had not replied. Geriatric care deserves better....zero and/or poor communication and a lack of reliable, good care is unsettling.
