Went here for a year getting my card punched. The card says 20% off your 10th visit, and next visit is FREE. At my 10th visit they charged me full price! On my 11th visit they said it wasn't free, but that it's a "free 20% off" your 11th visit. Read that again... does that make any sense? A free 20% off??? I talked to the owner and told him hey, there's 300 massage places in Vegas and his repsonsce was, OK. He couldn't have cared less that he was losing someone that had been coming there a year and tipped well. A couples massage was $50/ person ($100 total for 2 people) + a tip! The place is upstairs and we texted ahead to make an appointment! It is clean inside and staff are nice. They were actually quiet/ didn't talk very much during the massage which was nice. Typically, the people massaging us chat a lot during the session. So the main area has lots of beds and is kind of in the open, it's not a private room. That was a first for us! So we both took off our shirts/ bra and had a towel over us. After a few days in LV and walking over 28 miles later, we definitely were in need of some reflexology. I didn't catch my masseuse's name but she was AMAZING and although we didn't communicate, she knew all the spots. My girl went INNNNNNN - goodness! I had a massage the day prior at a Thai spa which was good but it wasn't great. Definitely didn't have the deep, smooth strokes that really dug into all the kinks. My knees and feet have been a pain point since I've been running again so I appreciated how she loosened up those stubborn knots. Spring Spa was able to accommodate my bestie and i for massages with a few hours notice. The spa is located on the second floor of a strip mall and was completely empty when we arrived. We decided to get a 90 minute combo massage for $75. The experience started pleasant with tranquil music, firm pressure and then it went downhill when customers came in and my masseuse left me mid-treatment to go tend to them. When it was time to flip over and face down, my masseuse was barely applying pressure with her forearm and i can feel one of her hands/arm leaving my body. I wondered what she could be doing and then realized that she was using her phone! I had to lift my head and look behind at her and then she realized that she should bring her attention back to my massage. Meanwhile my bestie was irritated because our masseuses were gossiping with one another and barely giving any attention to her massage. To top it off, her masseuses's phone rang four times and she answered the call each time! Can't beat the pricing but the service was disappointing. read more

My least favorite massage. First, the room i had to undress in had a curtain that didn't close all way so felt uncomfortable undressing, room was cold. During my massage- they take a call during my massage in the room, then immediately after someone walks in front door and she stops again to go get door. Comes back and says they will add on time. Again, door opens and she runs out again only to return with a new masseuse. His hands were cold, my feet were cold, room was still cold. He didn't really know where last person left off so my arms never massaged, my "extra minutes" were him hitting my legs then picking them up and dropping them a few times. My gf and I need a good massage after 2 days of nonstop walking. We searched on yelp and we found this massage place. We opt in for a combo 90 minutes massage (body and foot) for $75 and were super excited for a good massage. We waited almost more than 20 minutes before the two ladies came in and started our massage session. The head massage was ok but it got strange when it's time for the upper body massage. The lady asked if we could remove our cloth which I understand is a typical request but the difference is we were in a communal area. Yes, it was dark but there were another couple (male/female) next to us. Though it was a bit awkward, we decided to comply because we do not want to completely ruin our experience. At least we were covered by a blanket. We were asked to move to a private room when they did our back massage. Overall, it was decent. My friend said the lady who did her massage had very strong cigarette smell on her hand. What really ticked us off was during the check out, the older lady "demanded" for extra tips. The total cost was $150, we gave $30 as tips. That was a good hefty 20% tips. When we paid $200 in cash and asked for $20 change, the older lady said it was an hour massage and $15/person tip is too little and she wants $20. She gave me back $10 change. At that moment, we were astounded and really didn't want to argue and felt blah with the whole situation. We decided to just give in and leave to continue with our plan. Overall, we were both disappointed with the overtly demand and zero sense of customer service. We think it's rude to ask so bluntly considering the experience wasn't great to begin with. read more

Possibly the worst massage place on Spring Mountain. Massage guy comes in after making me wait in the chair for 20+ minutes with car keys and cell phone in hand. He had just come in from outside. Doesn't wash hands. Doesn't put on gloves and starts massaging me. I said no way and I left. Disgusting. I didn't make any comment about masks so I don't why the owner responded to my review with a comment about masks. I have no problem with no masks. The guy had his car keys and phone in his hand when he sat down and he put them on my chair and started to rub my feet. So no - he hadn't washed his hands. And When I came in there were no guests waiting in the lobby and no one told me it would be a long wait. read more

I read some of the reviews and seems like "the guy" is the problematic masseur who perform painful / rough massage causing people pain and bruising. He needs to go back and learn first. I can't even call him a masseur because it seems like he has no knowledge behind what he is doing. He had a slim figure and short buzz cut with grey hair. Worst 1 hour of my life. So I made a quick stop in here. Helped relax and massage my poor feet from walking around town in heels all weekend. This is way better than just getting a pedicure for the same price. You get a nice relaxing full body massage. This isn't ideal for me like a sports massage or deep tissue. But this helps a lot until I can get home and see my chiropractor or massage therapist. My friends and I were in Vegas for EDC and wanted to get a massage after day 2 so we would be refreshed for day 3. We all chose the $19 foot massage. The guy working on me was going too hard and it started to hurt. When I say hurt I mean painful not just a discomfort. I had to ask him to not go so hard. He laughed and said ok and continued exactly the same. After another minute of this excruciating pain I told him to stop massaging that part of my foot because it hurts. Again he laughed and said ok, but did the same thing. When we were all done all of us agreed they caused us more pain then before entering. The stupid part was when they said $20 and said plus tips $30. Wtf? I don't care if it's just a $1 difference, it's the principle. Honor your price and why the heck would I give you $10 tips after repeatedly telling you to stop hurting me?? We still gave them a $5 tip because we felt bad. I walked out of there limping because it hurt to put pressure on my left foot. Please try some place else. Not worth the time and discomfort. read more

If you're trying to relax I would not recommend this place. It's all one big room with multiple beds and neon lights. Remind me of a fishbowl. You can hear everything that's going on, conversations and door noises. The whole time I was getting my massage the workers kept talking right next to me and normal volume, not hush tone. It's was very annoying and the whole time all you can think is to tell them to STFU. It's not like they're communicating with each other to get supplies or anything just normal conversation. You can choose to strip down in the room with all the strangers around you but that is not my thing. All this being said my lady, Amy did a great job! My feet were getting extremely tired and sore from all this walking in Vegas (I was walking over 30,000+ steps per day). My mom wanted to get a foot massage so we decided to check this place out. A foot massage is $38/hour -- a little pricy but I mean I don't know what the average is around here and the reviews were good so we said why not? We were taken to the dark room where we took our shoes off and dipped my feet in the warm water. They began the massage by giving us a basic massage on our heads and the shoulder area. Then they moved to the feet and worked hard for close to an hour. I am ticklish but they did a great job making sure that I don't get ticklish and they did a great job reaching all the knots I had in my feet. After the massage, I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. One thing -- we tipped pretty generously but they said it's minimum $10 per person. Kinda ruins the point of a tip but we still had a great massage so it was OK. read more
