She was friendly, knowledgeable and very down to earth. We switched from Sprint to T-Mobile, which I wish we did sooner. We've been with Sprint for over 20 years and we've seen their service go down and prices go up. The reception is horrid and for the price they charge, it's just ridiculous. I've done my research including talking with quite a few people that uses T-Mobile, locally, nationally and globally. Of the dozen or more people I spoke with, not one gave me a negative feedback. My bill, was over $350 monthly send down to $120 monthly, with better coverage, services and perks. I've also research Verizon (one of my really close friends works for them and he said T-Mobile is better). I've also researched AT&T, which is probably the worst of all carriers. If you're looking for a better carrier, take a look T-Mobile. If you're in this specific area, stop by the one on Atlantic Ave as I know they will be honest with you. Note: T-Mobile and Sprint have been looking to merge but they have met intense opposition from state and federal regulators (even though FCC approved the merger). If this happens I'm not sure how it will affect services and coverage.

When we went into the store it was clean and organized. A man by the name of Eric helped us. My husband explained the issue and Eric took my phone examined it and he figured out what the problem was. Today I called looking for an iPhone 18 Pro Max. Verizon told me they were sold out, so I called this store directly. I spoke with an associate who told me they still had a few available. I told him I was about 10 minutes away and would be right there. I arrived about 10 minutes later, checked in, and waited. Another associate asked what I was looking for and told me the 18 Pro Max was sold out and backordered until the end of October. I explained that I had literally just spoken with someone at that store who told me they had a few available. Eventually, the associate I spoke with on the phone came out and told me they had sold out before I arrived. Maybe there was something happening with inventory that I couldn't see, but that was pretty hard to understand considering I was there within about 10 minutes. This also wasn't an isolated experience. Just a couple of weeks ago, we had another poor experience at this location while trying to get my dad a new Verizon iPhone. We ultimately left and went to Best Buy, where we were able to get his new Verizon phone. I do want to be fair and say this clearly doesn't apply to every associate. I saw two associates today providing great service and really helping the customers they were working with. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience with the associates I've dealt with on my last three visits. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this location based on my experiences. I'll drive the extra miles to another location where the customer service is better.
