I came here to meet with Dr. Nguyen. I made an appointment with the office a week before. The office staff was okay. They looked hectic and busy. I came in 15 mins earlier than my actual appointment to fill out new patient papers. I waited 10 mins before I got called in. Dr. Nguyen took time to listen, ask questions and explain my issues and symptoms. She is very caring and professional doctor that took the time to explain everything. They changed the Patient Portal without providing access to the new portal, make you sit on hold to make an appointment (while the on-hold message tells you to make an appointment through the portal) and then hang up without answering (after considerable wait). Why bother having a medical practice if you don't want to see any patients? I'll go somewhere else and forego the additional headache.

She told me to come in at 1:30 on July 16 to fill out paperwork and be seen by the doctor. When I arrived, the receptionist asked for my negative Covid results, so I emailed them to her. She said that the doctor had decided she couldn't see me in person because of the notes the supervisor made on the chart that noted I still can't taste or smell correctly after three weeks. I asked why I wasn't called ahead of time instead of driving 30 minutes to the appointment? She did not have an answer, but she admitted this has happened multiple times. Okay...we are living in a world with Covid, so they are trying to be safe and keep their employees safe. I completely respect that! I setup a video call for two hours later. No one called or reached out to me in anyway.

Dr. Buencamino definitely has good bedside manner and is super attentive with my mom. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Here is my hang up: there are tons of medical surveys to fill out. My mom needs assistance to fill out these surveys. The questions are very repetitive and reiterated. Also, there was a test that wasn't given to her on her scheduled visit. My mom received a call from Dr. Buencamino's office that same afternoon to come in the following day to take the test. Right now my mom is unable to drive so my brother had to drive her. When she arrived, she went to the lab and no one was informed about the test my mom was supposed to take. The lab called Dr. Buencamino's office several times in the course of 45 minutes and no one answered. I'm not sure if they were out to lunch or what was going on. My mom ended up getting dismissed to go home. This past week she received a letter that the test had not been taken and is necessary. They requested for her to come back to the KS building immediately. My mom is completely frustrated over the lack of organization within Dr. Buencamino's office. She has not had any issues with them but somehow they are dropping the ball over this test. It should've been given to her on her check-up! Hopefully we get some answers this week.

Dr. Han has never made me feel like I'm a waste of his time and I never feel like he's rushing me out the door to make the next appointment. He answers all of my questions as thoroughly as possible and LISTENS to me when I voice concerns that I have. The staff has changed and the level of service has been steadily going from bad to worse. My recent appointment was scheduled at 330pm and I arrived at 3:10. My file must have been pushed back because I waited for over an hour and a half just to get to the room. Once in the room I waited another hour for Dr. Hough, The staff knew I was there for only a medicine check but let me wait all that time, when the actual visit was 10 minutes at most .I truly believe this was done intentionally ,,,because I was the last patient to leave, and the first to arrive for the 330p appointment time, and least amount of trouble. I do not reccommend going to Dr Hough unless you plan on staying in the office for two hours. Although he did appologise and is a nice person, I will not ever go to see him or his horrible staff again. Ps I have been a patient of record for over 35 years and have never in all that time been treated so badlly. Needless to say I will now be looking for a new physician and a more caring office staff It makes me very sad to be treated in the manner I was treated today..
