This seems strange to me because some seniors definitely need an unrelated, non-spouse to live with them for some caregiving, expense sharing....or dare I say companionship? Also, some people are NOT able bodied, but don't qualify for a wheelchair or scooter and a golf cart could be helpful to drive their trash to the on-site trash dumpster (not at your front door). Uneven sidewalks abound, but still they won't allow golf carts.

They will ever so conveniently raise your rent yearly by approximately $10.00-20.00, but that is about all they do. Suck every last penny out of you for no service. They will go through a new manager every month or so as they can not hold employees either. Ask anyone you drive past in the community, this place is terrible. If you miss a mow they will have a crew charge you an outrageous amount of money to mow your lawn for you, even if it's not too long, but if someone leaves a pile of moldy rotten trash outside for weeks on end, they will do nothing. Buyers and renters BEWARE!!!!!!

There was an incident where the SWAT team was out here. When she was updating her trailer and storage area she was allowed to paint and such but unfortunately they had a restriction on certain colors so she couldn't chose her preferred color, pink. The whole trailer wasn't going to be pink, just a stripe to replace the blue stripe but nope, not allowed. I do enjoy coming out here though and have considered renting a lot.

The cabin we stayed has good selections of coffee, tea and hot coco, decent size for 4 people. Also it comes with microwave, fridge, Keurig, plenty of storage, and night lights. The area is quiet and bathroom is clean even though it's under renovation. It's very close to grocery stores as well. They have a booklet in the cabin talking about the history about this place which is a great touch. My family enjoy the booklet very much! In the tent and RV camping area, I see lots of trees that provides great shades. The price is reasonable but you need to bring your own blanket and pillows. Would definitely recommend.

The campsites were huge with a fire ring, picnic table, and even faucet and an outlet to charge some things. Bathrooms were kept very clean. I loved the proximity to the beach and grocery store. There is a historic site right next to the tent camping area, $3 per person to ride a train and then you get to explore the area. My young kids loved it.

They up your rent for bs reasons while the workers live there for free as well as free use of water. While our rent goes up. Not a pet friendly place they will put poison out for cats, workers will complain on your dogs. No public restrooms or showers. We left and went to the other side of street to Lakeshore Camp resorts, they have mini golf, fishing, swimming pools, a small park and live entertainment in the summer.
