We have had a leak in our summer cottage for over a year- a leak that would only show up…read moreintermittently. After intense searching and trying different solutions, the slow leak persisted. Finally, last Saturday we concluded that the water was coming from inside the plumbing wall. I called Town and Country this morning, and was given an appointment for tomorrow, which would work, but require that we delay our return home. The person who answered the phone said there was a possibility that a technician might be freed up today. At noon we received a call from "Dave" of Town and Country. He said he was "20 minutes away". Dave came, diagnosed exactly where the leak in our drain piping was ( inside the plumbing wall). He carefully cut away the wood for access, in such a way the it can be easily reconstructed. He reconfigured the PVC drain assembly perfectly, and also rebuilt the under sink drain piping assembly. Work was fast and excellent...and the mysterious leak has finally been fixed! They installed a furnace and water heater in 2022. Whenever they would come back for service as…read morepart of the maintenance package that came with the purchase, the technician would notice something about the original installation that was wrong and would fix it. In October 2025, the water heater would reset itself. Called for service. The technician tried had not idea. Kept asking for the error code. I kept telling him by the time I came to the unit, it had restarted. On the third trip out, the technician brought a manager who blamed the incoming gas pressure. Finally, a different tech came out who knew the unit, diagnosed the problem as an installation error that had damaged the unit. They replaced this unit. I asked for a refund on the trip costs but have not heard back from them. Now I see the building is for sale on 139.

Todd is really as good as it gets. He does great work and he works it fast. Even his response time…read moreis quick. We've never had call back issues with his repairs. When it's fixed, it's fixed! He's fixed our toilets, burst pipes, bathtub drains, installed sink fixtures and replaced our garbage disposal. He's never had to be at our house for more than an hour and usually has parts on him-and if he doesn't he tells customers how to get it cheap if he can't get it cheaper. He's also the most friendly guy you will ever meet AND he is honest and very reasonable. You can trust this man and depend on him.
