You would think that their open concept would be stressful or confusing. But everybody is surprisingly calm. The staff is responsive and sweet. They were able to see the dog right away, despite having about eight other pets in various stages of treatment. I also found the treatment plan pricing for both the treatment my dog received, and my mom's dog was fair for ER services I highly recommend veg ER in case you ever have an emergency with your pet.
