The building is always clean and smells great despite being a gym where everyone is sweating. We've had some financial hiccups (covid2020) and they were happy to pause our account without charging!! We are moving and thus leaving the gym as it'll be way too far and they simply cancelled the account with no fees no bargaining of any kind. Low pressure, clean environment and all around great gym! I really enjoy the fact that its smaller and you don't feel like you are working out with the masses of humanity. There are always a variety of machines and equipment available no matter what time I have gone in. The gym is always super clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I am not a person who has ever loved to work out or a considered myself gym rat, but this gym makes working out a pleasant experience.

They have decent equipment both cardio and weight training...but when things break they can be slow to repair. There is a women's only area. They have classes and tanning rooms - I have used neither. One free training session a month as a paid member...any other training sessions have to be paid for and are not cheap. The showers are not cleaned/sanitized as thoroughly as they should be. I did an "experiment" once with a strand of my hair one morning. I specifically left it on the wall not far from the faucets. After five days and it had not been removed I went to the office to ask why they were creating such a potential health hazard. They assured me it would be taken care of, but since then the number one complaint I hear from other women's conversations in the bathroom is just how unpleasant the *one* shower stall is.

The owner of this franchise needs to have someone on the desk at all times. Not a sign written in sharpie that says cleaning. There are actually 2 guys this morning and both were not there. The people that work here are solid, but being understaffed for 2 weeks solid is an ownership issue. Being cheap on labor always causes problems for businesses long term. Maybe its time for another gym to pop up in this area. If its similar, but fully staffed I'm done with Planet Fitness.

They have a variety of classes to choose from and you can always do any workout at your ability level. Classes are scheduled at all times of day , so you can find one that works for you. Members can either sign up for unlimited classes, a specific number of classes per month, or drop in classes. Individual, couple, and family month-to-month memberships are available. The gym does not offer individual workouts. I have been to probably ten classes so far and enjoy them. Most of the classes they offer are Les Mills classes, which are preprogrammed choreographed routines that change every few months. They also offer a few other classes that are not Les Mills. Although the choreographed nature of the classes is not my favorite (I wish they were more freestyle), the gym has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the coaches and owner are so nice and friendly. The memberships are affordable, and the classes are very convenient, especially in our rural area. The gym is very responsive to its members' needs. My minor complaint is because the instructor is working out while teaching and the music is playing, she is often unable to correct member form and sometimes it is difficult to hear her instructions. Probably due to the fact that these are group cardio focused exercise classes, every class I have been to has been 100% women! If you're interested in checking it out, be aware that you will be surrounded by estrogen. I recommend the gym both to beginning and experienced exercisers, as they have classes for all levels. They have basic equipment but they do not have cardio equipment or machines. They offer showers but no lockers or other storage facilities, as they are brand new and pretty simple setup. And they also offer free daycare for some classes on some days. I recommend them if you're looking for new motivation or something a little different.

The offer 1 Zumba class a week, body pump and yoga almost daily. CrossFit at an additional charge. The price/monthly + the quality of machines alone was a great deal.
