When I first walked in to sign up for my membership, I was a little hesitant about the Black Card…read more It seemed like a little wasted money, but Liz certainly sold it when she explained the TBE machine to me. I deal with chronic pain due to multiple injuries to my wrist. She told me how the unit has helped her with back issues, so I was sold on it. It helps immensely with the pain and swelling I suffer daily. The counter staff has been constantly helpful and friendly, always willing to help out in anyway they can. Karli, Gabby, and Destiny are truly top-notch staff. I enjoy coming in daily to their smiling faces and asking how the day has been going, etc. Perhaps the best part of the investment I've made at the gym is the personalized training plan and workout classes with Danielle. She was very helpful in setting up the plan and was eager to accommodate the chronic pain issues. The energy and positivity she brings into the rooms when she teaches class is contagious and makes even the most difficult of exercises and sessions breeze by. She is a great source of encouragement on those days when I am dragging and don't really feel like working out. I appreciate having the support in the gym, especially with the steep goal I have set for myself. If I had one complaint, it would be the music. I don't know how people can get motivated to work out to poppy music. It's distracting at best. If I had one request, I would ask that the trainers, or even members, working in the isolated areas like the PF 360 or 30 Minute Circuit be allowed to bring in their own music, kept a reasonable volume, to have some good music to pump to.

Almost every single morning there is nobody at the front desk, you can't use any black card…read moreservices if nobody is there to turn it on. The owner of this franchise needs to have someone on the desk at all times. Not a sign written in sharpie that says cleaning. There are actually 2 guys this morning and both were not there. The people that work here are solid, but being understaffed for 2 weeks solid is an ownership issue. Being cheap on labor always causes problems for businesses long term. Maybe its time for another gym to pop up in this area. If its similar, but fully staffed I'm done with Planet Fitness.

I've been going to BYCF for about a year and a half and I love it! ,…read more Everyone is so nice, positive, and really make you feel comfortable. They have a variety of classes to choose from and you can always do any workout at your ability level. Classes are scheduled at all times of day , so you can find one that works for you. They provide all of the equipment needed and are very patient with beginners. The patrons are also "real" people and it make you feel comfortable in any other their classes,,,, that being said... dont think its easy! You will work your tail off and be a big sweaty mess at the end of every class!!!!

I went to Believe You Can a couple of months ago just before their grand opening and have continued…read moregoing since then. It is a gym that offers only group fitness classes seven days a week. Members can either sign up for unlimited classes, a specific number of classes per month, or drop in classes. Individual, couple, and family month-to-month memberships are available. The gym does not offer individual workouts. I have been to probably ten classes so far and enjoy them. Most of the classes they offer are Les Mills classes, which are preprogrammed choreographed routines that change every few months. They also offer a few other classes that are not Les Mills. Although the choreographed nature of the classes is not my favorite (I wish they were more freestyle), the gym has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the coaches and owner are so nice and friendly. The memberships are affordable, and the classes are very convenient, especially in our rural area. The gym is very responsive to its members' needs. My minor complaint is because the instructor is working out while teaching and the music is playing, she is often unable to correct member form and sometimes it is difficult to hear her instructions. Probably due to the fact that these are group cardio focused exercise classes, every class I have been to has been 100% women! If you're interested in checking it out, be aware that you will be surrounded by estrogen. I recommend the gym both to beginning and experienced exercisers, as they have classes for all levels. They have basic equipment but they do not have cardio equipment or machines. They offer showers but no lockers or other storage facilities, as they are brand new and pretty simple setup. And they also offer free daycare for some classes on some days. I recommend them if you're looking for new motivation or something a little different.
