Dropped off 3 dresses to be altered in Temple. The lady met me there at the store and took measurements on a Wednesday. They shipped my 3 dresses to the Belton store on the next Thursday and contacted me via text. I picked up the dressed, brought them home and they all fit. The lady did a fabulous job on the alterations. The store even said that if they did not fit, I could bring them in the next day--I did not have to do this. The manager claims that the washing machines wash for 32 minutes, but after 25 minutes, he was…read moretaking my clothes out of them and yelling at me about taking up too many machines causing him to lose customers. When I used the dryers, it took a quarter for each 8 minutes, but some dryers wouldn't run for an entire 8 minutes. So, not only is the manager a jerk, but also the machines do not last as long as they should. Plus, the manager stood behind one young woman and watched her every move. He even followed her from the washing machines to the dryers. He looks like he's, at least, in his sixties. Really creepy old man. I will never go there again.
