I wish Yelp had 6 stars for this outstanding no BS, no up Selling, straight forward estimate with accurate information, arrived on time, super clean van, professional to their clean uniform. The best part, they worked on the carpet right away and even made extra effort to remove heavy traffic areas. 3 loads of filthy water later, carpet were CLEAN. Too bad they only go 50 minutes from Pomona. One of the BEST of yelp! read more

THIS BUSINESS IS CLOSED! The owner Carlos is no longer running it. And someone hijacked his Yelp profile. The guy that answers the phone will only say his business is called "Carpet Cleaning." When I asked if he was with A1 Carpet Cleaning he said yes. Then I told him I was calling the number for Spring Carpet Cleaning. I asked him if Carlos (who is the owner of Spring Carpet Cleaning) was available. He said Carlos is on vacation but he had a guy that could help me. By the way, that's the same excuse he gave when I called him last month. WHO EVER THIS GUY IS HE IS USING SPRING CARPET CLEANINGs YELP PAGE AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED! Yelp, you need to close this page down or verify the phone number with the real owner of Spring Carpet Cleaning (Carlos Lopez). I've been doing business with Carlos for years and this is not him! read more

Carlos has been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years and you can trust that he will charge you a fair price and provide you with excellent service. He will always go above and beyond to make sure your carpets and tile are the cleanest. Him and his crew are careful and take the necessary steps to ensure no damage is done to furniture and fixtures. A+ and two thumbs up! read more

10/10 recommend Spring Carpet Cleaning. I got a quote for my stairs from a couple of other carpet cleaning vendors and Spring was by far the cheapest. Carlos and his team arrived early and were in and out. read more

The first time service is very gorgeous, the 2nd service today is like a disaster and nightmare. Last time, they drove a professional van machine, today it's a small portable machine, I don't think it's professional, and gave me another 2 choices: medium cleaning $299, deep cleaning $399, I don't like to move forward. The guy's attitude at the beginning is good, since he has come, I let him do the basic cleaning, he discounted price to $250 then $200 and he promised he would clean everything, so I chose medium cleaning, but it's worse than the basic cleaning compared with the first time (at that time there's no extra cost and so many choices). The guy said he has finished cleaning, I let him to improve it and clean everything, then I would gave him the full price, he said he gave me discount but he's unwilling to improve the cleaning. When I made the appointment and before start working, I told them the carpet under the mattress need cleaning, they did say they would, after the guy started working, he said he wouldn't remove anything due to COVID-19, I can understand he didn't remove the mattress, but he didn't move the nightstands, I'm pregnant, I helped him move the nightstands and light shelves, he said I disturbed his job. At the first time service, boss Carol came with a guy, I add $10 to remove the mattress, use the basic cleaning $120 (3 bedrooms, staircase and storage room under the staircase). Finally I gave him $120 because I told the guy I need to hire another one to improve the cleaning. So bad and unhappy experience. read more

This company was on time, professional and did an awesome job! Carlos and Enrique were a great team and explained the process from start to finish. They gave me some great tips and even helped me look for my cat! Book with this dynamic duo and you won't be disappointed. read more

I seldom write reviews, however, the excellent and efficient service that Carlos and Enrique rendered deserves to be commended. They both were incredibly kind, and accommodating. They managed to clean my bedroom's carpet in less than 30 minutes, and did an excellent job getting a pesky stain out. I appreciated their professionalism, and even more so due to Carlos having an emergency pop up during my original appointment's time. He promptly informed me of such, and offered to come to my apartment earlier opposed to cancelling completely. Finally, the quote that I received was by far the cheapest and from the results and past reviewers the results they delivered were by far some of the best. If you're in the IE and need your carpet cleaned, then please do not hesitate to call these gentlemen! read more

One of my housemates recently moved out and he didn't fully vacuum the room with unremovable stains. I was searching for some businesses through Yelp and I found this business was the most affordable price and scheduled an appointment on the same day. The owner, Carlos was very responsive while messaging him and he quoted me as promised above for quotes. Carlos and his worker deep cleaned the room in 30 minutes on a timely, effective manner and I was satisfied by the results. His employee was fun to chat with cause we were talking about sports and it's hilarious his favorite teams are the teams I dislike but I still consider him a good worker and did an excellent job. I would definitely choose Carlos and his business again for future carpet cleaning services. Thanks again Spring Carpet Cleaning! read more

Called for an appointment with some superficial damage and wear and tear on my epoxy garage floor (4 years old). They took the time to properly prep the surface scuffing the existing clear coat and applying three coats of what looked like sealant/clear. Everything was as promised and I'm happy with the result.
