I called last week for a quote and the owner Jess answered my call while he was on VACATION!! He was able to quote me over the phone and schedule me via text message in less then an hour. Shortly after speaking to him I received a detailed work order via email. Today I got a text message before my scheduled time letting me know that Ervin O. was on his way and would be arriving shortly. Ervin explained the process to me, got to work and knocked out 32 panels in an hour. He sent me before and after pictures when he finished and payment was super quick via Venmo. I received a completed job status receipt with payment confirmation text from Jess and Ervin was on his way. I really like how Green Clean was quick and thorough and very transparent throughout the whole process! Jess and Ervin were very pleasant to deal with. The best of all they are LEO Friendly!! Green Clean earned a new customer forever!

Got a call a few hours before the scheduled work was to be done and the company cancelled saying the had a part failure and couldn't meet our needs. I spoke with Jess, the owner, he said he would reach back out when the new part was available and they would complete the agreed upon work. It's been 3 weeks and communication from the company, so I called Jess, no answer, texted and still haven't heard from them. Apparently I'm not that important of a customer.

Some of my windows were so hazy, I was expecting them to say they are too bad to clean. But to my surprise they managed to make them the cleanest I've ever seen them and I've owned my home for 18yrs. It made me realize that sometimes you really have to put your pride aside and leave it up to the professionals. No doubt that the value of their execution was more than reasonable. I needed to get my roof cleaned after 30 years of algae build-up. I researched it and called about…read more6 different roof cleaning companies to get quotes and more information about what they do. I honestly have to say, I found the roof cleaning trade to be extremely professional. Every business owner, who I spoke to, was very patient, helpful, and took all the time to answer my questions (and I had quite a few). Their prices were very competitive, all coming relatively close to each other. I was really impressed with the professionalism of everyone I spoke to. This explains why there are so many companies with 5 star ratings. I narrowed it down to 3 companies; they all had their strong points. But I ultimately went with Lance and Quality Power Washing. He certainly did not disappoint! He is very respectful and came across extremely honest. Not only did he do a fantastic job cleaning our roof, but also cleaned the exterior of our entire house. He sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day, so I could see first hand the night-and-day difference of our cleaned roof. Afterwards, he washed down our walkways and driveways and cleaned up all the mud and debris that came down from our roof. It looked amazing. He also went above and beyond and cleaned up the over spray that went over to our neighbors' houses as well. In a crowded field of highly-rated roof cleaners, Lance stood out above the rest. I would definitely recommend him for any power washing services.
