They continued to see me for several months over the period of my pregnancy and said they had issues with billing my insurance company and didn't know why. They continued to see me and racked up $500 in appointment costs before they realized that my insurance company is covered under Medicaid, which they don't take and then told me I needed to pay out of pocket, and then sent me to collections. That was a BIG mistake on their end. Idiots. I didn't know any better. How was I supposed to know they didn't take medicaid when I said "do you take this insurance" and they told me they did! SO FRUSTRATING. I'm getting this disputed or I will spend the $500 I now owe just to take them to court!

My primary reluctantly complied and I was referred to Dr Lavery after seeing Dr Kelly. She sent me to Darla Schwab at Aultman North. After my first visit I was not feeling like things would go well. She did her assessment, did some therapy that really helped, but then said, "do these stretches and exercises and I'll see you in a month". A month!? After a few days my 20 year plus symptoms that three major hospitals had given up on after years of treatment at each started to subside. She is so busy that you will need to wait. and, take what she says seriously because she really does know her field like few others. I've always been happy with Aultman Dover therapy site, but if you have pelvic floor symptoms, male or female, it's worth the wait to finally be able to have something near a normal life. After a year I'm down to only seeing her for flare ups. And, now, since she is a PTD, she offers dry needling to help as well. Amen, a long time prayer has been answered.

I arrived around 8: 46 and attempted to open the door to your office. Lights were on, people were inside and the only sign on the door said push. So I stood there and looked like I was trying to break in, as in my head, something is wrong with the door, I was told to be here at 8:45 and it's after. When someone did come to the door, they let me know " we don't open till 9" I explained my appointment was at 9 and they said something to the effect we are going into our morning meeting the doors open at 9 and proceeded to shut office door. I sat down in that chair right outside office the door and realized I was not wanted here and I left. I hope things can be adjusted so this won't happen to someone else in the future.

I really enjoy coming to this office. The staff are usually super nice and bubbly. This office has multiple doctors. I personally have never been seen by Dr. Ragon, but Dr. Cooke is pretty good. I appreciated the family-run business vibe... My adjustment was splendid! I have seen many chiros, and Wendi did a fantastic job. She also helped me with an issue that no one else had really addressed. She seemed to get all my "spots" and I will be returning for future adjustments!
