(Too many plumbing expenses can occur if and when you let the general public use your facilities. Trust me.) The prices for rental? VERY competitive. The units I rent always smell fresh and clean, and come stocked with both toilet paper and hand sanitizer. The units are delivered when they're supposed to be, and are picked up when they're supposed to be. (That means a lot to me, as well as the clients I work for and the realtors and neighbors I work with.)
