Although, the girl on the phone couldn't tell me in full detail about pricing, and the different types of packages/services. She did assure me that if I called back in the morning, the funeral director would answer all of my questions. My family and I, lost and grief stricken, showed up at their Greenville location at about 9am the following morning, not having scheduled any appointments, or had talked to anyone. As soon as we showed up (unannounced), our funeral director Frank was there to help guide us through this very difficult ordeal, with such ease and comprehension. He was so thorough and detailed with his explanations. He was an absolute professional, and compassionate. I really can't find enough words to describe how grateful and appreciative we are of him, and his staff. They didn't even mind that we had no appoinment. Not to mention that David, my brother in law, looked as if he would have been sleeping in his casket at the viewing. We were amazed with what a wonderful job he did taking care of him.
