She walked me through the process before scheduling me. From start to finish, he made the entire carpet cleaning process an absolute breeze. Jorge was on time, efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He even let me know as soon as he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain everything in detail. He also told me about the pet treatment and carpet protectant options, and after he explained the benefits, I definitely decided to add those services! The attention to detail was incredible, and the difference in my carpets is AMAZING. They look and feel brand new! I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference a professional cleaning could make until I saw the finished result. It's so refreshing to have a technician who is knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Jorge went above and beyond, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. SoCal Steam Clean has officially earned a customer for life and will absolutely be my go-to carpet cleaning company from now on. I will also be recommending them to family and friends! Over time, the carpeting was looking dirty and I was intrigued specifically by for a cleaning process that was green-focused and would be safe for our dog, a shmoodle. I found Green Coast Carpet Care thru YELP reviews and the absolute enthusiasm for Alex as both owner and the quality of his work motivated me to reach out to him and ask for a quote. Within 2 mins of my outreach by text message, I had a firm date/time and price On the day before the scheduled appointment, Alex texted with a note, confirming that he would be there the next day at the time committed. He further shared "I'll text you a 1/2 hour heads up text" and he did the next day. Alex did a great job of set-up and he used these unique corner protectors for our doors and walls to ensure the hose didn't leave any mark on the walls or door trim. And his work on the carpets were/are AMAZING!! They look great after 3 years of wear and dirt from the bottoms of feet. Also, the suction of the dirty water after the cleaning process left our bedroom carpets only slightly damp and within ~ 5 hours, the carpets were dry. Alex is really an extremely wonderful, kind and interesting person. Ironicly, Alex's family name, Pettai, is unique and I shared with him that one of my very good friends had a last name, Pettai and was from Estonia and SURPRISE, Alex's family has ties to Estonia and the two families may be connected. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALEX FOR CARPET CLEANING WORK! When it's time to have our carpets cleaned again - we will contact Alex!!
