We heard someone power washing the concrete wall behind our condo. I investigated. When the…read moregentleman paused from washing, I approached him and commented how nice his work looked and if he could spray our portion of the wall too. He said that my neighbor had hired him to clean his portion. I asked if he be willing to spray our back yard section. He said he'd be happy to power wash our portion, and wouldn't charge us anything, since he had all his equipment set up already. Let me state clearly - that it was the kindest most generous action we've experienced in a long time. We highly recommend D1 Pressure Washing, LLC and the results of the clean wall will shine as spring should arrive shortly.

Cannot say enough good things about the service provided by Justin of JCJ Handyman Services. Called…read morehim after I found that a dishwasher leak had warped several boards of my Pergo flooring. Justin was quick to reply when this was possibly a small job of replacing a few panels. Unfortunately for me once he pulled the boards he found mold under the flooring that required the entire kitchen be refloored. Justin was great about helping me identify replacement flooring. He did meticulous and conscientious work, doing everything he could to ensure that this type of damage won't occur if there is ever another leak. When he found rot to the actual underfloor in he took it in stride and did a great job of making that repair as well. He was always on time, put in a full day's work and cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. Justin has excellent manners and, as a bonus, was so nice to my barky little dogs. The floor looks great. Will definitely be hiring him again.

Based on Yelp reviews I called Nowak for an estimate on Gutter & Downspout Cleaning, I got Voice…read moreMail & left a message. A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels. Do not hesitate in hiring Matt. He's extremely pleasant, does fabulous work and will keep you on a recurring calendar. Thanks Matt! Now can you do anything about the squirrels? :)
