Better than expected…read more... I had great expectations when I scheduled an appointment with Karina. I must say they exceeded our expectations. We have used cleaning services before and this one by far is a gem. I wanted to write this review to sing her praises and at the same time, didnt want to share what we found. . This cleaning service is hard working and they go above and beyond expectations. My daughters room was a mess, but when they finished with it, it looked like we had just moved in. If you need a cleaning service, I HIGHLY recommend them. Great job ladies and I look forward to our next visit.

But after my experience, I would urge people not to spend their hard earned money on a business with an immature business owner with the worst communication skills. Let me preface that we have always been fairly happy with our service. We've had a few not so great cleans, but for the most part, we've been happy. There were just some things we couldn't get past which caused us to cancel our services. We had requested on numerous occasions one cleaner not return to our home - despite this, she has been assigned twice that we can remember. When my husband texted Debra about it, without a response back, he followed up the next day asking if the request for another cleaner and day change to accommodate another cleaner had been done. Debra had responded back "when things are asked of us, we get it done." Additionally, I did not receive a response to my text about it. Personally, I don't think that was the way to respond to a customer who was following up on something that was ignored, but we brushed it off because you can't tell tone over texts. Fast forward - in July, we were supposed to get a cleaner on our normal scheduled day, however it was the 4th of July that Friday) we thought they'd send one on Thursday, but nothing. It would be nice if they would let a customer know that due to holidays, when their next service would be. Fast forward to about a month ago, the cleaner who we asked not to return showed up to our home. Additionally, the cleaner we requested was changed because they thought someone else would be a better fit for us. I called Debra about it, and while sharing our frustrating experience in the nicest tone possible, and letting her know we really liked dealing with them but that I had some feedback to share, she straight up hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. Then had her poor admin (Erin I think her name was) call me to do damage control and clean up her mess because she couldn't handle bad feedback and hung up. Why would you want to work for someone like that? I know she will get on here and argue and rebuttal, and that alone should have been the first red flag for us - seeing how innappropriately she responds to reviews that are not in her favor. Stay away from here. There are way better businesses in MOCO.

I've spoken to Debra who is the owner and a nicer, warmer personality would be difficult to find. Destiny came to my home and did a superb job! She is a very nice and personable lady. My primary warning to other STR hosts concerns how management handles client feedback. After I left a low-to-moderate, good-faith review on Google detailing my experience, the owner called me directly and threatened legal action to pressure me into removing it. Attempting to silence honest consumer feedback with litigation threats is highly unprofessional and contravenes the spirit of the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act. I am rating this business 2-stars strictly based on this hostile conduct. Future customers should be fully aware that raising valid quality concerns or leaving anything less than a 5-star review may result in hostile phone calls and aggressive demands. As a reminder to other consumers, if a business attempts to penalize you or threatens you for leaving an honest review based on your subjective experience, you have the right to report that coercive behavior directly to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
