I've debated posting this for weeks, especially seeing other reviews where the owner argues with people like a brat who didn't get her way. But after my experience, I would urge people not to spend their hard earned money on a business with an immature business owner with the worst communication skills. Let me preface that we have always been fairly happy with our service. We've had a few not so great cleans, but for the most part, we've been happy. There were just some things we couldn't get past which caused us to cancel our services. We had requested on numerous occasions one cleaner not return to our home - despite this, she has been assigned twice that we can remember. When my husband texted Debra about it, without a response back, he followed up the next day asking if the request for another cleaner and day change to accommodate another cleaner had been done. Debra had responded back "when things are asked of us, we get it done." Additionally, I did not receive a response to my text about it. Personally, I don't think that was the way to respond to a customer who was following up on something that was ignored, but we brushed it off because you can't tell tone over texts. Fast forward - in July, we were supposed to get a cleaner on our normal scheduled day, however it was the 4th of July that Friday) we thought they'd send one on Thursday, but nothing. It would be nice if they would let a customer know that due to holidays, when their next service would be. Fast forward to about a month ago, the cleaner who we asked not to return showed up to our home. Additionally, the cleaner we requested was changed because they thought someone else would be a better fit for us. I called Debra about it, and while sharing our frustrating experience in the nicest tone possible, and letting her know we really liked dealing with them but that I had some feedback to share, she straight up hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. Then had her poor admin (Erin I think her name was) call me to do damage control and clean up her mess because she couldn't handle bad feedback and hung up. Why would you want to work for someone like that? I know she will get on here and argue and rebuttal, and that alone should have been the first red flag for us - seeing how innappropriately she responds to reviews that are not in her favor. Stay away from here. There are way better businesses in MOCO. read more

It really is a relief to know that there is a company out there that places customer satisfaction and employee happiness and satisfaction as their number one priority. I've spoken to Debra who is the owner and a nicer, warmer personality would be difficult to find. Destiny came to my home and did a superb job! She is a very nice and personable lady. There's two parts to this review - dealing with the owner and then the service itself. The owner... it started because I was charged twice (on credit card and check cashed and over-charged on my card), called in twice to have it rectified and neither time was it taken care of nor did I get any kind of hey sorry. I got a text with "I'll take your card out of my quick books" - which wasn't really the solve. After two weeks of no resolve and 2 communications, I was angry that I had to call in again. I was clear that I was mad and communicated clearly on what needed to happen with the receptionist. Debra, the owner, never did call back but texted. I texted that I expected a phone call to discuss and would look forward to hearing from her. She immediately sent a barrage of text messages of name calling and attacking me as a person (apparently, I'm a horrible person for being mad that I had to call in three times to fix an issue that I didn't create). She did make sure to tell me that her "millions of dollars business didn't need me or my money" - guessing she doesn't need yours either. Net/net, her calling me names and attacking me said nothing about who I am but sure did say a lot about who she is....and it's not good. I'd avoid her at all cost. Charged me twice for a service and got mad when I didn't accept the lack of resolution. As for the cleaning - it was good. The girls were respectful of my remote working and did a good job overall. The first time they came, there were supposed to be two but one never showed. The one gal ended up being there way longer than expected but she still did a good job and didn't rush through to finish. I felt bad because it probably made her late to the next house but I appreciated that she focused on my house and got it done. All in all, I think this isn't a business I'd choose to support given the name calling, lack of accountability and threats to spread my name around so no one would come clean my house. There are literally a million housekeepers/cleaning services in the area, I'd say push this one lower on your list of options. EDIT TO ADD: Reading reviews, it appears that when things go well, they go well. But when they don't, there's a lack of accountability and lots of attitude. Do your research. Like I said, so many options out there do yourself a favor and choose someone easier to work with when there's an issue. In regard to Debra's response: cleaning on Jan 7, called on Jan 8 to alert that I gave a check but my card had been charged. Told it would be taken care of - check held for next cleaning and credit for over charge on card. Check cashed on Jan 17. Text on Jan 20 to reschedule cleaning and remind of situation and noted that my check was cashed. No credit or anything. Called Jan 27 to get the situation rectified - that's when this all happened and yes, credit did finally come through on 1/27 but is no longer showing on 1/28, assume a bank issue and will take it up with them if problem persists. 20 days is not immediate in my mind. read more

I signed up for a maid service and received a detailed list of services they provide. The initial deep cleaning was very professional and left my house cleaner than it has been for years! I didn't know what a difference attention you details made when it comes to cleaning! They sent a crew of two for the initial cleaning and then I set it up for them to return once a week with just one maid. The price was extremely reasonable for the service I received. I highly recommend trying them out. I have a large shedding dog they work around and treat him very well when they come. I have had Abby and Ruth and both were exceptional! read more

We Clean 4 You cleaned my house Oct 20, broke a $400 light, can't fix it and they don't make it anymore, they claim to be insured but refused to give me their insurance info, offered me a $100 settlement (I explained I cant do anything with the $100), I consulted with my attorney, I have a case to take them to small claims court, but I decided to let it go, declined the $100 and I'm just going to tell everyone what happened and warn them. They said the glass shades needed scrubbing. They asked me to remove the shades so they could let them soak, I tried to unscrew one to get it off, I couldn't loosen it, I told them to do the best they could and I went back to my office room to work. They cleaned all 3 shades, and were finishing up with the last one, when the first one fell. They'd been cleaning it anywhere 15-30 minutes when it fell and shattered. They cried out "we're insured!", I went into the kitchen to see what happened, it was the shade I had tried to remove. The light was very fragile, I think that's why it had never been cleaned (scrubbed) by my previous housekeeper. I think the scrubbing just vibrated that shade off the fixture. So Lucille Hutton says it's my fault the light broke. But they cleaned the other shades and it didn't fall when I was in the kitchen. She was quick to ding me for the $454.65 she charged to "deep clean" my house, which didn't get done because the 3 girl's I hired for 4 hours deep cleaning spent a 1/2 hour fretting over (and taking photos of) the broken island light. read more

Beware. If you use this company be sure you can actually physically BE THERE to oversee their work. I was charged over $450 by credit card for a deep cleaning of my parents home to get it ready to sell. I live an hour away and was referred to this company by a realtor. We did have a situation where the plumbing was shut off so the tubs and mopping could not be done at that time. But they told me they would do everything they could and billed me for 2 maids at 4 hrs each, which I assumed was to vacuum, dust, clean everything they could minus the mopping, tubs, and sinks. I walked in and the house was dirty and dusty like no work had been done at all. And it's completely vacant with brand new flooring. No furniture to even contend with! Lucille was definitely defensive (she told me her best trainer was on the job!) and not interested in verifying my side of the story or taking a look for herself. Now I need to go hire another company to actually do the job they didn't. They won't have the "great" reputation they tout for long, if this is the work they turn out. read more

I wish I could rate them lower than the one star allowed on this platform. We have had our home serviced by two individuals prior to them leaving Houston and not servicing our area any longer. I reached out to We Clean 4 U and initially, we had great communication from Debbie. We discussed the pricing option of $250 for the first deep clean and then it would be around $135 for a bi-weekly service thereafter. We scheduled it and were really looking forward to what we thought was an outstanding home cleaning service. The two ladies showed up to clean and called when they left for us to set the alarm. When we got home, we noticed that the most basic things were missed (I.e. main entertainment center/living room furniture wasn't dusted, kitchen counters had leftover water stains, etc.) so it's clear they weren't even touched. I contacted the main office a few days later and told them what happened. I also noticed that I was charged $340 instead of $250 so that was an additional red flag. Lucille Hutton was who I talked with and she said that she would send the ladies back out for a touch up and I wanted different cleaning staffers to do it right this time. She said that even though she had the recording where I was quoted at $250 but that the $340 was because they took longer - I have no clue how that is my problem when I was told a different price. Furthermore, Lucille offered to send new ladies so we set up a follow-up appointment for the following week because that was the first available. On the scheduled day, I was at a work convention and wasn't able to answer two calls and one voicemail from Lucille. I had my wife schedule around our 1pm appt only to find out when I got out of the convention at 4pm that afternoon that they never showed up. When I called Lucille, she had a terrible attitude and said "well yeah we missed your servicing because you didn't answer my calls". It's unbelievable that she didn't honor our scheduled appt just because I wasn't available to talk to her so she could send the cleaning ladies earlier (when my wife wasn't home) and that she didn't send them back and told them to go home instead of completing the service as outlined. I would recommend you research the many other local Houston cleaning service providers that have a much better reputation. You've been warned! read more

WOW THIS COMPANY IS REALLY A LIE!! You guys straight out are lying about everything that took place. What is wrong with you? Why would you quote me on something I never said? I am not a liar. Of course your maids are not gonna say to the boss , "Oh yes we were not being efficient with our time." 1. We have two beds in the house 1 was made. The other was left the way it was which was literally made by a child so it was unorganized but covered the bed. They didn't fix it. I did after they left! All they did was dust and clean baseboards in her room and left toys on the floor and a box in the middle of the room. That's when I said it looks the same in here to my bf, he was disappointed and said he'll put up the toys. That's when the maid said she'll pick up the toys if we wanted. Ask the maid if she made the little girls bed! Do we have to be mentioning it for something that should have already been done? By the way the shampoos and shower products were left on my floor and not put back in the shower, there were hairs in all the sinks and streaks in the shower doors. The towels on the racks were left jumbled up and not neatly organized even when I saw her looking like she was "organizing it" and I left and then saw that.Beautiful detail cleaning guys! 2. At 2:36 they DID NOT GO downstairs I remember clearly it was 3:05 when I was asking if she could start downstairs as I felt that it was taking to long and I really wanted my floors to get done. That's when she mentioned a 3hour minimum and then I looked at my phone and said yeah it's 3:05 and you ladies got here at 12:30 so it's almost been 3 hours. On top of that imagine if they had vacuumed how much more time would've been tooken up because they didn't do that. So for 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom that was not even touched but baseboards that's a lot of time for two women to take!! 3. If bathrooms and kitchens are priority why was the kitchen trash still there?? Why are you saying you guys didn't get to the dining room when it's next to the kitchen and I clearly saw the maid wipe down the 4 chair table with the trash bag boxes on top. So she had to see them!!! Why was there hair in all 3 bathroom sinks and a piece of toilet paper stuck to the wall if y'all clean and dust walls? 4. This is a big one I never, ever said ," We don't ever look up there, don't clean there." How dare you quote me on something I never said?? What I said was " Y'all don't have to do the baseboards in here I just want to get started on the floor. " 5. I NEVER ASKED YOUR MAIDS TO LEAVE!! Your older maid HERSELF DECIDED AND BLUNTLY TOLD THE OTHER MAID WE ARE CLOCKING OUT AT 3:30 AND WALKED AWAY CARRYING THINGS TO HER VEHICLE. I was confused and told the other maid," I never asked y'all to leave?? I just wanted my floors to get done." Older maid obviously volunteered to misinterpret everything so she can leave. She decided to take it there when I said if they can start downstairs since upstairs took nearly 3 hours and I really wanted to them to begin in the area of focus for me. So please ask your maid that as well!! But NEVER DID I UTTER THE WORD LEAVE. 6. The floors were not thoroughly cleaned. I watched the whole process since I was standing at my entrance when the carpet cleaner guys were going up and down with tubes. She was sweeping and my gardener went to the back ONCE so she hadn't even started mopping. After that he wasn't let inside I made sure of it since once again I stood at the doorway. That's when I asked if my couches could be vacuumed and rug since that something on your list that wasn't done. The other just watched the other maid work instead of cleaning. But yet I am still getting charged for her time. We paid $497.95 for the services, ridiculous! I only hired them since I had surgery in my mouth and was not able to do any of this. When she said she was done I didn't look at the floor as to let it dry. Only after they left did I see the floor still had caked up dirt stuck on it , dust under the couch, no trash bags in any bathrooms, no kitchen trash taken out, streaky showers, hair in every sink, items left out and not put back in proper place. That is POOR SERVICE and for you to say you tried to talk to me on the phone about what could have changed the outcome is a LIE. Literally all you did is dismiss everything I said and sided with your maids. Your maids were your witnesses. You said it yourself on the phone. That's really sad that you instead don't listen to your clients who are paying you. For anybody considering their service this is what you have to deal with. read more

The office is very professional and friendly! The cleaners arrived on time. I felt like they could be a little faster but it was a deep cleaning and I had about a 20 minute delay getting them water to clean with since the water had been turned off. My fault! The job took about an hour and a half more than I expected Which isn't too bad considering some rooms really needed a good scrubbing. However It was an empty two bedroom house. The 2 cleaners did seem to have the right game plan on where to start and finish. I found out later that they even scraped the cabinets which really wasn't necessary. I did have to clean some missed spots on the counter and floors but nothing major. I did call and asked why they seemed to move so slow but was assured they wanted to be thorough. Deep cleaning means just that! They'll scrub n scrape with a toothbrush so it will take more time. read more

This company did cleaning for my aunts large home. While I was visiting her one day the owner lied his way into the neighborhood and was at my aunts house taking pictures of his maids working. He was having a dispute with them. Anyways the owner is a creepy very angry man and I would never use him because he was scary to me and my aunt. My aunt no longer uses them. read more

My fiancé and I relocated from California to Texas about 1 year ago and are renting a home until we can find a place to buy. It's a 4br 3ba and it's just the two of us - aside from family &  friends staying a few times a year - so our place stays pretty clean. We had been talking about hiring a house-keeping service after the Holidays to start the year off fresh, and since we were planning a Super Bowl party including family staying over the weekend, I started looking on yelp. I found another company who was highly rated and after getting a quote, come to find out, we were just outside their servicing area.. (but I need someone to come ASAP!) they said they could refer another company but never did.. So I sent quote requests to a few others (in our area this time.. ) and Lucille called me a couple hours later and we set something up..  Long story short, she sent Michelle..  My expectations were high, and she exceeded them. (Our house wasn't this clean when we moved in!) Her 'OCD'  attention to detail was incredible! She brings all her own equipment and products and is very polite. She even pointed out our air filters and how much more often we should change them (we didn't need to run the A/C as much in California) my fiancé came home and was so impressed he said he was scared he was going to mess something up! Lol. Anywho, we're hooked. They under-bid the competition and over-delivered. We plan on having our home cleaned regularly (by Michelle). If I could give 10 stars, I would. P.S. While Lucille is a very nice, professional lady, I felt that her workers, who are paid by the hour, are very slow at their cleaning. I wound up paying much much more than I believe I should have. When I told her this she said "everyone says that it should take less time ( her point was that I needed that time) but I was home and have had others that can do what they did in much less time. Did they do a nice job? Yes but it took way too long and cost too much. She then told me if I signed on for regular service it would be a set time. read more

I love to read reviews before trying out a new service and rarely ever leave one. I was so skeptical about hiring strangers to clean my home. I would have loved to clean my own home but I didn't have the time. I had We Clean 4 You do a deep clean of my house and it was AMAZING! My faucet had hard water stains but now they are gone and my faucet is shiny! I thought I knew how to clean but Lucille's team has shown me I don't know what I am doing.
