She was very unprofessional and rude how she started a conversation with my husband about the payment. When Jose was done, I offered to pay by check and he said his boss prefers Zelle. And then my husband gave him a very generous tip before leaving. It was later in the evening and we had an engagement to get to (and I had not received the invoice yet) so we left the house. Approximately 2-3 hours later Elena sent a very rude text message demanding payment. We will definitely never call them again for window cleaning.
