The only negative thing I found is that I do have a dog and a lot of dog hair was still left on the floor even though the floors were mopped and I did pay for a upholstery cleaning and the upholstery still had a lot of dog hair on it as well, but it could also just be my dog. CAUTION TO ALL STR HOSTS…read more I do not recommend this company for short-term rental turnovers. I hired this company based on the quoted price, only to be presented with additional charges after the work had already begun. As a host, reliable pricing and dependable cleaning are essential, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The cleaning team left multiple issues unaddressed, including: * Dirty sheets left on beds * Yellow stains remaining in toilets * Appliances left with visible streaks and smudges * Dishes left in the dishwasher * Towels left unfinished in the washer I was then told I needed to pay an additional $45 for approximately 30 more minutes of work, bringing the total to $225, or the cleaners would leave before completing the job. After paying the additional fee, I later discovered that towels had simply been taken from the floor, folded, and placed back into circulation rather than being properly washed. For a short-term rental, cleanliness is not a minor detail--it directly impacts guest satisfaction, reviews, and overall ratings. Every detail matters. What troubles me most is that the number and nature of these issues make it difficult to understand how they could have been overlooked by experienced cleaners. Whether this was due to inadequate training, poor supervision, low morale, or a lack of accountability, the result was the same: my property was left in a condition that could have negatively affected my guest reviews and hosting reputation. Management should take a close look at its quality-control process because these problems reflect poorly on the company and raise serious concerns about employee performance and oversight. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves quality control, communication, and pricing transparency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to other STR hosts.

I debated whether or not I would actually leave a review for a while. But after my experience, it…read morewould be wrong for me to not share. After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.

(I got about 10 quotes that were mostly right around $200.) I was needing a cleaning quickly, and they were able to schedule me for first thing in the morning the following Monday. Their communication was great, and they showed up right on time! 2 people came to clean. My house. They cleaned the entire house (minus 2 bedrooms I asked them to skip) in only a few hours. They made my kitchen sinks and bathtubs sparkle like they were new. Overall, the cleaning was good! I found a few spots around the bathroom faucets that still had some of the white mineral build up from the Florida water, but I'm not even sure how to get that off myself. I'm happy with the service, and signed up to get another cleaning!
