I gave a $5 tip but should have checked the car first. Before I left the lot, I drove back to the vac station, went inside and asked one of the men inside to look at the carpet. He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all.
