The two men Michael and Easton where very polite hard working, from the moment they entered our home me and my family felt like we were being taken care of, they gave us bad news about our plumbing but even with that they talked with us about everything every step of the way, so thank you to those two for doing an excellent job. When Michael and Ethan were in our home they treated us with the utmost respect and they were very professional kind they kept us up to date on everything they did at one point I even took a picture of Easton with his head in our floor and his feet sticking up unfortunately I couldn't upload that picture it won't let me but they definitely deserve a raise for sure and if we were to ever have any problems again we would like it if Michael and Easton could be the two that come out also I sat with them kind of watched and talked to him a little bit and they were very hard-working and I noticed that you know they didn't have any water and stuff so I we gave him water and made them a sandwich or something because they just were so busy and hardworking and trying to get our home up and running again that they didn't take time for themselves to eat or drink so I was more than happy to offer them anything and they cleaned up after themselves that after they were done they told us what to expect after from the beginning to the end they cleaned every step of the way and to me that is excellent service and you have the best human on the job for it and we give them 100 stars because there's not very many people out in this world who would come into your home and treat you with respect and the courtesy and taking the extra few minutes to tell us what's going on and how what you were doing and everything like that and toss that meant a lot so we were so happy to have them here even though it was bad luck for us it turned out to be good luck because we had the best two people who knew what they were doing and they got the job done and you done it right and then the professionally and we couldn't ask for anything better than that so we thank you so much Michael and Easton for your hard work and all your information about everything that you guys done and we would be more than happy to see you guys back again just not anytime soon LOL but it was weird weak enough today not seeing you guys at the bottom of our stairs but I'm glad the job is done and it got done right that's all we can ask for and we had the best two people on the job as far as I'm concerned and you guys will always be the ones that we will call for anything so again Michael needs and thank you so much you know we were starting to think of you with family cuz you were here as much as we were so thank you again and Harold I hope you give him a raise cuz they definitely deserve it they work their butts off so thank you all. Chris was originally called because I wanted the Aquor outside faucets put into place rather than the 30 year old faucets that came with the house. Before finishing the faucets I discussed with Chris the new Delano high efficiency toilets they advertised over a month ago. After our discussion I had him replace my three toilets that came with the house 30 years ago with the Delano. To help out Chris with the toilets arrived Andrew. Both did an excellent job with all five items I had them replace. After the day ended, the family discovered a couple of flaws with the toilets after the fact and the next day Chris showed up again and made the necessary adjustments and we are very pleased. This was not the first time we have called Spot On Plumbing and in fact I think it was the third time we have used their services. Very polite and very knowledgeable in the plumbing. And I called him in for a drain. In the laundry room and he's very knowledgeable and so he knew that a lot of it ties into the kitchen drain. So then I didn't even know we weren't having trouble with the kitchen drain. And then he was checking that first and found out. It was clogged up with a lot of grease, so that was a blessing to get that all cleaned out. Because it would have been just a matter of time and and then he redid the laundry room. He had the pipes were installed wrong years ago. When I had some a plumber come in and so he said it wasn't that it was a wrong way. But it just wasn't the proper way in it. Probably made things back up in the drain. So anyways, he fixed all that very thankful for all that. Preston from Spot On Plumbing was awesome and one of the easiest repairmen I've ever worked with. He explained the issues and then showed me exactly what they were so I would understand them and know they were legitimate issues that needed to be fixed before they caused more issues. Preston stayed late to ensure the job was done correctly and never pushed to come back the next day to finish the job even though it was late into the evening when more issues were found. We have used Spot On on numerous occasion. From the first service (leaking washer) we decided they would be are go-to for all plumbing issues. They are small and private and succeed on relationships. I'm an old grumpy engineer and can be quite critical of home maintenance and I have nothing to criticize them on. Our latest adventure was a hot water tank that went out late on Friday. They arrived Saturday morning with no up charge and had hot water by early afternoon. You might be tempted to go with one of those big guys that advertise nonstop, but don't. I would give them 100 stars if I could. My 80 year old mother's gas hot water heater was spewing water everywhere at 10:30 pm. They were the only ones that had a human answer the phone. She helped us over the phone and then a technician showed up at 11:30 pm and totally fixed the problem. He was respectful and went above and beyond. Extremely grateful! I want to thank Brandon for his help. My plumbing got clogged and backed up into my garage and then started backing up around my washing machine in the house. He came out very quickly and took care of the problem for me. Shortly after that one of the faucets on the outside of my house started dripping.
